I became aware of Central Aire via my home warranty carrier, American Home Shield. My A/C went out on June 4th. AHS assigned my call to Central. Sheila, owner's wife, contacted me the next business day. Tech was assigned and came out as scheduled next day. Initially diagnosed as start/run capacitor but further inspection revealed compressor was dying. They notified AHS, AHS approved all work and job was scheduled just in time to beat predicted So-Cal heatwave. Part was ordered and arrived in 3 days. Bill the owner arrived next day after they received new compressor and he and his helper, Zack, had me up and running in an hour after they started job. Kudos to Ed, the first tech who visited, Bill and Zack for good work and friendliness. Sheila also worked with AHS to insure my coverage was properly handled. All in all a great experience with an honest , dedicated group of professionals. I highly recommend Central Aire!
