We've always had great service from Brower Mechanical but this time was above and beyond. We had some sort of glitch happening randomly and called to have it checked out. Of course it didn't do it. So the next day it happened again and Ryan Walter came out...well it didn't do it again! So Ryan gave us his cel number and said if it does it, call him and he'll come. We called him as soon as it happened and he came over within 15 minutes! Lucky us! He saw what was happening and had it fixed the next day. This could have go on and on but thanks to Ryan it's fixed and not driving us crazy anymore. Thanks Ryan!

First Brower installed my new system just shy of 10 years ago. The system has been working well except for a hiccup a few years ago with a clogged drain line. Since it had been some time that I have had the unit serviced I called for a tune up. Additionally I recently heard some popping noise on start up and was concerned. The tech checked a few things on the control unit of the compressor and found that a run Capacitor was not functioning which was causing the intermittent popping sound. Additionally he explained that with that capacitor not functioning correctly was most likely running the compressor at full amperage and likely causing the electricity bill to be higher. I was very impressed with the tech and the service I received.

This was phase II as we had the second floor HVAC unit replaced by Brower in 2018. We were pleased then so it was natural to go with them again.
This job was to replace the HVAC system for the first floor, a larger and somewhat more complicated job than the prior one. We have not had opportunity to evaluate the A/C portion as of yet, but we expect to be pleased as before with the efficiency and effectiveness of the new installation. We have felt the benefits of the new unit in terms of air flow and better heating so far. Update: Just had the 12 month followup service on the system. Service confirmed that everything was technically good and we continue to be pleased with the equipment, the installation and in Brower Mechanical.

Great Service, knowledgeable, where two other companies failed, Brower finally solved the issue! Knocked a star because they did not communicate from the consultant estimator with the tech so he could bring important parts with him. Other then that, I hope to do business with them again.

On a Sunday A/C stopped 3pm. Called Brower Mon 8:30am.. Ryan came out & A/C fixed back on by 10:30am. Thank you so much.

Professional standing is built over many years of service that is repeated with reliability, knowledge, trust and diligence. These significant qualities insured the installation of my tankless water heater and will continue with the (over due) Trane HVAC system and solar installation.

I've had more service needed on my apartment than I can count. Last few apartments maybe like one or two things needed to be fixed, but oh boy, this one has had some major issues. One of those being water literally pouring out of a vent, causing the ceiling to mold and needing to be replaced. The owner of my apartment had gone through probably 5-7 different warranty companies (possibly more, I try to block this from my memory), none of which had a clue of how to fix it, and all of which had terrible customer service. So, she decided to go with a non-warranty company, which was Brower! They were the first ones to have very friendly receptionists, and mechanics who actually knew what they were doing. It was like a breath of fresh air working with these guys vs all the others. Now another big issue has popped up, this time with the heater/hot water, and again we tried the warranty companies first with no luck. Brower came out to work on it, and they are going to come back to fix the issue. Once we move out of an apartment and into our first house, we will definitely be sticking with Brower for anything that needs repairs.

Eric did a fine job of analyzing and explaining all the problems we were having with our very old walk-in freezer. The Commercial Services unit also kept me informed about the need to have some of the replacement parts manufactured and how that would affect our scheduling. Kudos!

I have enjoyed good service with Brower. They kept the work area clean and shielded while installing my new air conditioner. I appreciated the effort to keep the dust down. I also appreciate that they take the time to explain what's been done and answer my questions.

Throughout the entire installation of my new water heater and removal of my old, leaky one, Ryan from Brower Mechanical did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend this company for all of your major home appliance installation needs.
