Michael Kenny was very professional, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. I was informed in detailed my issue and next steps in how to have my system fixed. UPDATE REVIEW: Michael Kenny was great however I had to have a seasoned technician come inspect my HVAC system on Dec 16th to provide a quote for repair. I was advised I would receive a quote and here we are 15 days later & 2 calls to the company & I still have not received a quote. I signed up for the MVP service which specifies I would receive priority service. I have not received priority or had this experience & disappointed that if the seasoned technician could not follow up based on his notes that someone from the company would advise. Now it's the holiday new years eve and I was informed no one would be able to contact me until Tuesday January 3rd. I find it completely unacceptable I've waited this long & now it's a holiday & I can't receive help/quote. Hopefully no one system goes out during a holiday because service champions will not be there to help you even though my situation was addressed way before the holiday.

Really appreciated the company's communication and the repairman's punctuality and thoroughness. He determined that it was an electrical issue and not an HVAC issue and didn't charge us for the visit. That's honesty that I appreciate. Would definitely call them again in the future.
