Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air of Roseville

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jesse from Rooter Hero, and I must say that he is an exceptional plumber. Jesse's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to his craft were evident from the moment he arrived at my home. He was courteous, respectful, and took the time to explain the issues with my plumbing system in a way that was easy to understand.

What impressed me the most about Jesse was his commitment to doing the job right the first time. He was meticulous in his work, and his attention to detail was second to none. He went above and beyond to ensure that my plumbing system was functioning at optimal levels, and he did so with a smile on his face and a positive attitude.

Mike was really professional. Upon inspection he was able to find an additional issue that we were unaware of. He’s very friendly and worked very quickly to fix the pipes. I would recommend Rooter Hero!

Well talking to Jed I felt like he was very respectful and honest with the work. He walked me thru all the issues and gave me a couple solutions on how to fix them and move forward. This is my second time using this company in the past 4 months. For both calls, I had my pipes back up over the weekend. This company is incredibly professional and has technicians available thru the weekend.

Rory was the absolute best. He called ahead and arrived with a calm, positive energy. I could tell he loves being a plumber. He was happy to answer any of my questions and also show me the work he had been doing to try and fix my clogged kitchen sink.

I really enjoyed having him service my home and would not hesitate to call this company again for any of my service needs. Thanks to their management team for having such a professional team on staff - call center and field staff or top notch!

Had a pretty terrible experience with this company.

1. Called on a Saturday afternoon requesting an emergency plumbing repair. They said their dispatcher would call back shortly with someone to send out. Waited 3 hours — no call, so I called them back. They apologized and said they wouldn't be able to send anyone out that night — which was fine, I got that they were busy.

2. They texted me at 8am the next morning saying they were on their way. They ended up not coming until 11, so I woke up early for no reason.

3. This is the worst part: they quoted us $3500 for our repair. We ended up calling around, and not only did nowhere else quote us more than $1000 for our fix, we ended up getting it done for $500.

I had asked the technician why it was so expensive, and he said "prices have doubled since the pandemic." I asked for a breakdown of the estimate for parts, labor, etc and he wasn't willing to provide one because they "don't do that for small jobs."

I was sort of shocked how bad our experience was since this business has stellar reviews, but maybe people are just used to overpaying for things because they're too lazy to call around.

Rooter Hero replaced the waterheater in out rental property at a third of the estimates we received from other companies! Definitely will use them for future needs/maintenance.

Noel was extremely helpful and focused on having a successful outcome for our tenant despite a very tricky situation after hours. He communicated with me at every step and was very easy to work with.

Called for an emergency plumbing repair to fix broken underground pipe serving home. Water had to be shut off to house. Called at 9:30 am and was told that dispatch would call between 10-noon. Got no call by noon and called again. Was told service was to be between 1-2 pm. 2 pm, got no call or service. Called again and was told they were really busy and would get to me by evening. Finally gave up and fixed pipe myself. I don’t know what is more of an emergency plumbing issue than no water to home. This company’s response is unacceptable and I would not recommend them for service
