Braden and Dillon were very professional and really wanted to assist in way possible!! Their attitude was so welcoming!! They were there with in an hour of us calling! They had a good knowledge of the services they provide and communicated it to us very well. I will be using Rooter Hero from now on!!

We were VERY pleased with the response time of Rooter Hero coming to our home when we realized that we had a leak outside. The water had gone through a wall and into the house. This company had Eddy (Eduardo) in charge of the crew. Eduardo is very conscientious, has great follow through, and explained what the plan was and updated us often on the progress.. He listens well to the customer. The crew, including Eduardo, are extremely hard working. Many days they started early and worked late.

Our showers and toilets all back flowed. I called and they showed up within 1 hour and let me know through e mail their techs timing on showing up. Once they arrived they explained everything to me where I was able to understand. My clean outs were plugged up and had weeds in them. They were very patient and after some discussion we agreed to get the repair done. It took them a day and a half but got my shower and toilets working the first day. There was never a time that any of the technicians that came out were not totally professional and extremely courteous. They have a great crew and each person had their own part of the job to do. When it was all said and done it was a bigger job than I expected but it was done right and I felt very good about parting with hard earned money to them. I know that this is a really good company because talking to their employees they all seem really happy and stated how they really enjoy working for this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance. They are very fair,professional, and really explain everything to you. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating as they really do deserve it. I would normally you get what you pay for but they totally exceeded every expectation and doubt I would have had for a plumbing company. Thanks for getting our home back in order. Thanks again. Oliver did a fantastic job unclogging my drain! My drain is quite old and it was definitely challenging to fix. He had to come back the next day with more equipment and was very accommodating. Friendly worker, quality service, and the most affordable by far that I could find. Would recommend!

Jed came down to fix toilet problems, very good helpful man came on time. He was really respectful & has great pricing! Recommend jed to any services you need! THANK YOUU JED!!
