Peter and Vasiliy are friendly, great communications, professional, intelligent, fair priced, and knowledgeable. Peter went beyond the normal service to make sure our one unforeseen problem was solved after the install. Although paid in full, he stands by his and his employees' work. Many companies desert you after being paid but you can relax knowing that Peter will promptly take care of any and all issues if needed. A Cool Air also used the best and highly recommended product, Trane, with a great warranty on both parts and labor. We have had our new unit for about a month of very hot weather and love the more quiet humming of our new unit. Great service and price are just two important reasons to hire A Cool Air for your A/C needs.

We cannot state how pleased we were to hire this company to recently install 2 HVAC units at our commercial property. The units were installed quickly and included roof installation and large indoor ducting. There was no AC available at the units when they were installed and the installers returned to hook and test the units when AC was eventually turned on. We had a number of quotes for this work - and A Cool Air was by far the BEST price.
Vasiliy always responded quickly to all communications and scheduling, and the contractors were also extremely polite, knowledgeable, and hard working.

All excellent. I especially like.that Vasiliy sends the same technician each time. Victor knows the history of the house heating and ac systems and has a plan for what will be needed next. This time Victor installed a new attic fan and made sure I understand how it will work .

My downstairs unit stopped blowing cool air right in the middle of the worst heat wave in Sacramento history. Most AC Companies were not only not answering their phones but were not returning calls. A Cool Air returned my call within an hour and set up an appointment for the next day. Due to the high volume of calls they could not give me an exact time frame but told me the tech would call to let me know when I was next. The tech called and showed up when he said he would. He quickly surveyed the issue and found that my capicitor had gone bad. He had a replacement in his van and literally had my unit working within 15 minutes... The charges were very reasonable and I was super satisfied with A Cool Air and would absolutely recommend them.

He did a great job to check our system and replace air filters! Their office is also very pleasant and efficient scheduling appointments. The price is very reasonable too.
