First u gotta email them ur contact info...Then they sent a technician that couldn't figure out the problem after I had told him what the problem was... They then sent another technician...who after I told this technician the same thing quickly fixed my issue and obviously knew what he was doing... Then the company proceeded to insult me by charging me to pay for both technicians... To the technician who quickly fixed my problem...good job and I wish u the best...to the other guy...go learn ur craft...to the company go f urself... Don't go with them
