Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air

I called Ace Plumbing because they had done work for us a number of years ago. Their technician, Bret Pierson, came within a couple of hours and was polite and helpful. We were without water as there had been a break in an irrigation line. Bret was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back in working order quickly. I will be calling back to have repair on the irrigation line done when the soil dries out.

Woke up one morning to a small flood in my bathroom - there were casualties underneath the sink and it was a grim scene. I have used Ace before so I called them up not really expecting an appointment in a few hours! Ben Poole came out on time and was nice enough to call me beforehand so I could lock up my furry beasts. He was super quick and efficient. Fixed what was broken and ta-da! I would highly recommend Ace not only for plumbing, but also for air conditioning too. Reasonable prices and super fast service!

My plumbing emergency happened on a Sunday, and I'm thankful that Ace was available to give me a hand. I was given a two hour window, from the time of my call, in which they'd arrive. It only took about 40 mins. for them to get to me. It was a tough job. I live in an older house and years of corrosion made for real challenge when it came to releasing a valve that probably should have been replaced years ago. Gerry, the technician, didn't grumble. He was super friendly and approachable. No "mansplaining" from this guy. Just professionalism and courteousy from start to finish. He even helped replace a P-trap for free because my amatuer work had a small leak. Comparitively good price compared to Armstrong (who I also like, but they're not available on Sundays). I think Ace's job was more of a challenge and took longer, but the final cost was about the same.

My wife and I just had the greatest plumbing experience with Aaron Gillis of Ace Plumbing and heating. Friendly, efficient and willing to do whatever was necessary for customer satisfaction. The furnace at our rental property went out. He examined, diagnosed and determined we need a new furnace. But then, he gave us several options at varying expense levels instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive or profitable. Call Ace Plumbing Heating and Air and ask them to send Aaron Gillis to help you.

Excellent service from technician Dennis. He fit me in after hours on a weekend! Clearly knows his profession and communication was great. Let me know exactly when he'd have a chance to look at my A/C unit, and when he was in route. Highly recommend Dennis from ACE plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.

Lupe Espinoza, plumber for Ace, was solving an issue at our neighbors' house. Because of good recommendations for Ace Plumbing, we asked him to investigate a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. We found Lupe to be personable and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering questions and addressing the problem. Based on today's experience we would recommend Ace Plumbing.

My water heater broke at 2 AM, and was flooding the living room. The water shut off on the water heater was frozen, so I couldn't turn off the water. The manager of my building was unavailable, so I called several 24/7 emergency plumbing companies, and Colin at ACE called me back right away. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he talked me through the process of turning off the water at the main shut off to my condo. The 3 other companies I'd called finally called me back at 7:30 and 8 AM; if it hadn't been for Colin at ACE, I would have been swimming laps across my living room by then. You can be sure that ACE Plumbing is now on my speed dial!

We discovered our AC was not working on a Saturday night. We called Ace and set up an appt for Sunday AM, as the attic was way too hot for any person. Dennis came out on Sunday and was very efficient at discovering the problem. He came back the next day with the part and all is working well. I appreciate the call 10-15 minutes ahead of his arrival. I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Zack came out. He was on time, very polite, and explained everything very well. I have been a customer of Ace Plumbing for over 20 years and have always gotten exceptional service.Thank you Zack for a job well done!

We had a leak in our water main which ACE came out promtly to give us an estimate and they then did the repair work. Lupe E. did an excellent job in answering all of our questions as well as communicating and explaining the process from start to finish. He was very professional, friendly and kept us in the loop at all times.
