The quality, professionalism & speed 10 out of 10! Quote never changed & they arrived on time at 7am and were DONE at 3pm! New A/C new heater all new duct work and added 2 new vents! Can’t say enough good things! Oh & the new wifi control with additional room sensor is so cool!

Customer service was fantastic. From the initial intake all the way to the technician Jose and my door step! . Jose was thorough and detailed. It's Hard to find good customer service and work these days. It was nice to see that there are companies still out there with those qualities. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

As we prepare to head into another historically hot Northern California summer, my husband and I decided it was time to be responsible adults and ensure that our air conditioning system was operating at its optimal level. We purchased our home in 2020 from the original homeowner and have not had any issues with our heating or air, but we also have not conducted regular maintenance.

After hearing several ads on the radio about proper system maintenance, I decided to schedule a maintenance tune-up just to cover our bases. The scheduling process was extremely easy and they worked with me to find a time that would work with my schedule.

Our technician sent us a reminder text when he was on his way, which I greatly appreciated. Our technician was Fidel and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He took the time to ensure that we fully understood everything he was going to do, and when he was finished, everything he did and recommended.

Our 27 year old system was found to still be operating, however, needed some desperate TLC, so that it didn’t end up on life-support. We went with the recommended fixes, in the hopes that we can get another year or two out of our system before having to do a full replacement.

I truly appreciated the upfront and transparent approach Fidel took. He explained all of our options and did not try to push or upsell us on anything. It is rare to find a business these days with such good customer service but also upstanding character. My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience and look forward to being lifelong customers of Attic Man.

I started with Atticman a few months ago when my AC died. I got 3 bids and I finally chose atticman because I felt they were the least expensive and offered more as far as labor and repair. And I instantly felt they were a trustworthy company. When I met with Jacob the tech, he put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. You could see they really care about their customers. There are no words to thank them enough. Today, I had my first maintenance and again Jose, the tech was awesome! Atticman Air and Heating will always be my number one company I can depend on!

Louis came by on Friday around 8:00am. He was very professional when introducing himself. My husband can be skeptical with a company he isn’t familiar with. So he diagnosed the issue before Louis came to see if his diagnosis was the same. It was the compressor they both determined so it set my husband a little at ease. Louis then contacted Michael for the next step into getting a quote. My husband spoke with him and got an idea of what it would cost. Michael then came over to evaluate the everything. Meanwhile my husband called a friend of his who does commercial A/C & furnace work. He told him the quote and said it sounded like a good deal for all the work we want done! So when Michal got here my husband is much happier and we filled out the forms to have the work done. Best part is they started the following MONDAY!! Work is getting started as we speak. I’ll update when work is completed. So far it’s been an amazing experience with wonderful professionals!

Luis and Mike did a great job diagnosing the issue with my unit, and explaining it to us in terms we would understand. Very professional, communicative, and punctual. They never pushed anything onto us, only provided us with options and information. Their installation crew was also professional and quick. we will continue to use Atticman to service our new unit going forward. Would recommend.

Atticman and there technicians truly went above and beyond for me and my home.
They are quick to send out techs, they listened to all my concerns, they spent ample time diagnosing and determining the issue, they quickly got my AC fixed before the triple digits started and there service prices where fair and reasonable. They backed up there work and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend them and will keep them on my speed dial if I have issues in the future.

Amazing work from these guys! They were super chill, super efficient, made everything easy as all hell. Kudos to them for standing up in a 100+ degree attic during the middle of the afternoon heat. They’re simply built different. The best part about this was the quick scheduling. The supervisor came out on Wednesday to diagnose our issue, and we got a new unit in by Friday. Simply cannot recommend enough.

Trevor had the best customer service! He was professional, quick and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond had helped me with something no one else would. The company has been great since the moment I talked to them. We will be using them in the future for sure!
