I promised Colin with Atticman that I would write a review the service today. I can honestly say that both Colin and Atticman are top notch. Colin was very responsive to an issue I reported. He verified the concern and immediately worked with some of the technical staff at Atticman on the resolution. It's clear that this company stands by its workmanship and commitment to exceptional customer service. They'll most certainly have my future business. Thank you, Colin, for the very complete work you did today with the inspector and going above and beyond to resolve the issue we identified today. I have confidence that I'll have an awesome system installed and ready for my HVAC needs.

I could be more pleased with this company. I responded to there follow up on some questions I had. I contacted 5 different companies and this company responded first all there response we’re very quick and accommodating. I scheduled a appointment I got email and text so I knew who was coming when trever got here he was polite and tight on time for my two hour window. Not 6-9 hours like the only other company that responded he listened to my concerns checked out my system and gave me recommendations on how to correct my issues gave me a quote and said my system is doing really well for the age and was good for how’ve. I’m beyond happy leased

I had Attic Man come out to diagnose my AC problem as well as evaluate my need to repair or replace, etc. Nick came out and was very thorough and professional while being extremely helpful and nice! He explained everything to me in great detail and presented me with all my options. I never felt pressured into anything and was well informed. Very impressed with this company so far. Couldn’t believe this was a free estimate!! Have not yet chose my repair/replace option but will update accordingly. Overall, great initial impression of Attic Man and of their tech Nick.

Mike was exactly on-time, was consciencious about masks, and even brought a welcome mat for donning shoe covers. And he was careful to not let any of our several cats escape.

After he performed the service, he showed us pics of parts of our unit, with suggestions for improvement - all very well explained. He told us about their maintenance plan, with absolutely no pressure to buy, just information.

Mike was informative, professional, and got the work done quickly. I seriously doubt it could have been a better, more professional, easy service call. We will absolutely call Atticman again.

I had them replace my gas heater and AC system with a heat pump. Their bid was the most competetive and they met my timeline. The crew was efficient and effective. These guys stand by their work and will make sure your system is working properly. Had some post install issues and they spent until 9 pm making sure the system works properly.

Our technician(Thomas) was extremely professional and helpful with explaining everything to use. I like that he was prepared with a door mat and own booties.

My only complaint is with the company's "sales pitch". They offered a free "tune up" but all they did was inspect everything, told me what was wrong and the cost. In my opinion that is not a free tune up, a true tune up would include the maintenance repairs.

All that being said I highly recommend this company and will be calling in the future.

Vaughn came over to give us an estimate, he was clear, didn't try to upsell us, and worked out a few snaffoo's we had on our end with ease. They worked with us on financing and timing. The crew was courteous, was on time every day said they would be here at 7am and they were on the dot. Professional, Colby, Julian, Ash and Gerald were polite, not a lot of cross talk, they cleaned up after themselves, they were friendly, and respectful. If you need a new system go with these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent work. The price and quality beat the competition. Very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Zak and his crew were the best. Highly recommend.

Atticman came out same day I called. Thomas came out and immediately greeted me with a handshake and a smile. We chatted for a bit after he noticed my motorcycle and then he went up into the attic. He was very professional every step of the way. Their bid and services offered were very competitive. Even though I did not choose them I felt like they definitely deserve a positive review based on their proposal.

Not only were they able to send someone next day to help, Luis, the tech was professional and courteous. He explained the state of my unit, went over available options, took and shared pictures of everything. They fixed the issue quickly to restore comfort. I'm very grateful and will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. I felt very valued by Atticman.
