After a thorough evaluation by your plumber, Horacio, he advised me to contact the solar water heater company that installed it for an evaluation of my hot water system. Horacio was very professional and I appreciate his insight and advice. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing issues addressed.

I’m a bit frustrated with my recent interactions with Buetler. The initial installation of my HVAC system was completed a little over three years ago by Buetler. I was happy and content with the installation and the service that I received at that time from Buetler. I was especially pleased with the Warranty‘s that I was given specifically 10 years on any parts or two years on labor. Now this is my third season, using the HVAC air conditioning system. I noticed that it was not cooling, so I called Beutler attempting to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to call back at least three more times because the initial appointment was made incorrectly and for the wrong day but eventually I did get the appointment and the technician did arrive within the four hour period between 10 and 2. After the technician finished his assessment. I was informed that the fan motor for the outside condenser units needed to be replaced. I was told that the part was under warranty but that the labor warranty has expired and the labor to replace the fan motor would be $480. Now I researched replacing a fan motor for a condenser unit and determined that, it would take probably less than an hour to replace the fan motor so I’m left to think that Buehler is charging me $485 an hour for a technician to to replace a part that is easily accessible, and relatively simple to replace. Now of course I’m not an HVAC technician. I’m actually a registered nurse by trade, but from my research I’ve concluded that the labor charge seems to be exorbitant and I questioned whether I should pay this exorbitant fee or possibly just replace it myself. I am going to call Buetler and discuss my concerns and we’ll see what the outcome is

Our system incorporates a smartvent. Not all HVAC technicians are knowledgeable in smartvents. We have a prepaid contract and Beutler services it twice a year. The guy who came 2 wks ago didn't and did several things wrong and didn't have any aur during this god awful heat. After 2 cancelations finally got someone who knew what he was doing and it seems to be working once again. I would give this guy a 9 but the last guy a 3.

I used Beutler A/C & Plumbing to upgrade my A/C system in 2020. About two years after our installation, we started having a weird smell coming out of our vents so we called Beutler to come and inspect our HVAC system. The person who came out found some kind of foam tab that was left inside from the installation of our brand new Air Handler with mold growing on it so it was Beutler's fault that we hand mold growing inside our brand new unit. The Technician was only going to clean the mold and leave but I inquired what can be done to prevent the mold from coming back. He offered installing a U/V light for roughly $1,000 plus labor. After complaining that it was their fault that mold was growing, he reluctantly called his supervisor to get a small discount. I did not want mold growing back in my system so I unfortunately allowed them to install it which I completely regret afterwards because I should have called another company to install a U/V light system instead of giving his terrible company more of my money. Beutler did not care that they caused mold to grow on their newly installed system which is a health risk to my family. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alex was very good. Unfortunately because the weather was cold, he couldn’t do an adequate test. However he was going to report the job as incomplete and told me Beutler was going to call to schedule another appointment. I’m still waiting for the call.

I was very disappointed that the technician, who was scheduled to come between 8am and 12pm, did not show up until 4pm. I called the office twice to get updates and both times the information I was given regarding arrival times was incorrect. Vladimir was great. This rating is by no means a reflection of the work he did.

Very happy with the service received. They were able to get a tech out to me right away to install a toilet. Have used them before and would definitely refer them to others.

The plumbers arrived an hour after their proposed window of service. After their initial assessment, they did not have the parts. But I ended up not using them since their bid was close to $3000 to replace a main water gate value. Just a little over my other estimates
