Heco Heating and Air Conditioning

It’s 100 degrees and a Sunday in Sacramento. I called 8 other places to be told it would be 1-3 days before they could get someone out to me. This guy was out here within the hour, got the job done even faster, and was super nice!!! I’m so thankful Misraddin on this super hot day!! Thanks again!!

Our AC unit decided to stop blowing cold air through the vents. It was 105 degrees outside and inside it felt just as bad. We suffered a day with no AC. I googled some company’s that night and texted them. But I couldn’t get anyone to come over the next day. So I found Heco and saw that they had coupons and called as soon as I woke up in the morning. Misreading was able to come in the morning and change out our capacitor because it was rusted and not working. I would use them again if needed. I would definitely recommend this company to others. My furnace was failing on Sunday morning. I called Heco at 9:26 am, had an appointment at 9:28 am (10:30 - 11:30 am window), and Misraddin was hat my home at 10:58 am. He diagnosed the problem, explained the options, and had my house heating up again in less than 30 minutes. He then provided me quotes on new equipment. Total cost was $59. Fast service and good communication.

Misraddin was prompt, professional, very competent and worked with our schedule to get the installation of our new mini split system done. Last year Misraddin installed an AC/Heater unit at my home for 1/3 of the price of these bigger companies. Passed all inspections and home is now super chill in summer and warm in winter. Today, I had him come to conduct a maintenance check for myself and tenants unit. Did the cleaning and installed the part the same day for tenant's unit. What I like about Misraddin is that he explains everything. I had a different bigger company come out and do a maintenance check and they said it was all good for tenant's side but didnt tell me anything. Clearly it was not. He provided same day service for condenser coil cleaning , blower wheel cleaning , and changed capacitor for your AC/heater unit. Thanks Misraddin. Thanks HECO.

Misraddin runs an excellent business. He is incredibly thorough, skilled, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. My AC condenser went out this spring and I called several companies before going with HECO. I spoke to Misraddin three times on the phone, over twenty minutes each, before hiring him. I apologized for taking up so much of his time and he reassured me that it was no bother, to take my time with the decision, and that he was happy to continue to answer all of my questions. This right away put me at ease. He was never impatient. He proved to demonstrate the same excellence after he was hired. He worked with me to get the maximum SMUD rebates, the equipment with the best warranties, and to put the condenser in just like I wanted it. He did not proceed with anything before confirming that I was okay with it. It’s clear the work he did was very high quality. Nothing was rushed. To top it all off, he is very respectful, timely, and an extremely hard worker. I would recommend HECO to anyone.

Just had my annual AC tune-up completed. Misraddin did a great job as usual. He was on time and worked efficiently. He has a good customer service personality.
