Felipe was great! Installed a new furnace and air-conditioning for the same price I was quoted just for a mini-split system at another local shop. Great communication and quick install. Very respectful of covid precautions and tolerated my annoying dogs very well :)

Felipe replace our furnace. Up in the attic and difficult to get to, but he disassembled and removed the old one and replaced with a high efficiency model with some additional improvements. Big difference! Felipe is expert at what he does and a heck of a nice guy, to boot! Oh, and his prices bet everyone else who quoted.

Felipe has always been on time and gone above and beyond. Over the years I have had the pleasure of watching him install and repair systems. The systems always work, and the finish work looks great. I recommend him for any/all of your AC needs.

Felipe and Tony did a beyond amazing job with our natural gas furnace, duct work, and thermostat. Our original unit was really outdated (circa 1987) and was rarely used and had an issue that caused it to shut down randomly when we would try to run it now that my grandparents are older and getting cold very easily, having a working heater is now a necessity. Our master protection plan for repairs on the home is often times very difficult to deal with. This time was not only no exception to that common occurance, it actually set the bar for my expectations when placing a claim lower. When I was informed I there was not an hvac service provider in my service area that my insurance company worked directly and I would have to find my own service provider that would accept third party billing, I started at the top of this list and worked my way down calling all the hvac companies in the area and was denied third party billing services through all of them. I was discouraged by the time I came acrossed 831 Heating and Sheetmetal, but after a brief, friendly and reassuring conversation with Felipe, I had found a company that was willing to work with me. The approval and payout process has been beyond inconveniencing, but Felipe has been excellent about staying in touch with my insurance company when needed. & The furnace job completed? Perfect. They went above expectations in all matters considered. It's nice to find a professional that actually takes pride in the work of their trade. Felipe and Tony at 831 Heating and Sheetmetal are the best, hands down. Thanks again. We couldn't have done it without you guys!

831 Heating provides a great service. They were on time, great at communication and explaining his work. They do very clean work and know their trade very well. I will continue to contact 831 Heating for service and repairs.

Called for heater repair and Felipe was prompt and friendly. Took a couple of days longer for the completion do to Easter weekend. Felipe kept me informed on the status of part. He arrived today and promptly replaced the heater part and ahhh had my heat back!

We called for an appointment and Felipe showed up right on time. Despite the covid19 situation, they showed up wearing plenty of PPE and emailed us a quote later that day. The pricing was very good, so we accepted the quote and work began a couple weeks later. Despite needing to drill and install more pipes and equipment, they never left trash behind and the tools were always placed out of the way to avoid hazards. Happy to say that our new AC is running smooth. He even fixed a few pre existing issues with our ducts while installing the new system. Afterwards we got a very clear explanation of how the system works and how to do basic maintenance for it. I always appreciate this kind of professionalism, so I highly recommend this local business.

Felipe came out and really checked what I had so there was no add ones after the agreed price. Very professional and I was so impressed how they kept everything clean and sanitized. Was able to get me in a week early. I would recommend this company and I will have them do all my business forward.
