The guys who called first showed up on time and solved my problem. This job needed a pro for sure, and I was very happy to pay to remove this enormous gob of roots. The pipes were fine, so they just added a root killer at the base of the toilet. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely use By The Book Plumbing.

I was very happy when I called By The Book Plumbing and was able to get an appointment on the same day within a couple of hours because we all know that a day or two without your sink or shower is a real inconvenience. Maryna quickly fixed the problem and was also respectful of my home, she even sprayed down the shower after the clog was cleared. Thanks!

Leon from By the Book plumbing was awesome to work with here in Temecula. He came in the evening on a Saturday and helped remove a stuck faucet. He swapped in the new one and gave us a few tips as well. Highly recommended. Thanks again Leon!

I have used this company twice in the past two weeks, once for clogged drains in the other for an issue with a hot water heater. Both times Leon came to the house and was very responsive to questions and explain things well. Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of a plumber but this company seems to respond quickly.

They were knowledgeable and did their job thoroughly. They could have left after the leak was not showing but stayed to recheck several times and they found the issue and completed the work quickly. I would definitely use them again!

These guys were great! We called on the 4th of July because of a leak and they were able to set up an appointment the next day (today). Leon and Wayne were in and out quick, busted pipe removed, new pipe in, problem solved. No drama no fuss. Cleaned up after the work, were respectful and knowledgeable and got it done with no fanfare. Very happy, even recommended a dry-rid service to help with the water damage. Five stars for sure.
