So sorry for the delay! I am pleased to send a review for his great service! The maintenance performed was quick and thorough. Zach is the nicest guy to have for home services, as with all your crew! Arrived promptly, very fast and professional, no issues with the install. They answered all my questions knowledgabley and finished in 2 1/2 hours.

Guthrie and Son’s employees were fantastic!
I had a pretty nasty big project. We bought our house and inspector failed to catch the rodent activity in our crawl space. The Rodents got into the duct work and had to get all ductwork replaced.

Cristian and Alerik were there first crew to service my home. They were nice. Very informative and professional. They did A1 job on removing all the nasty ductwork, I knew was probably very hard and disgusting. They also found another problem that the inspector missed and didn’t have to even tell me, but did. We are forever thankful.

We had to get pest control out here/ rodent proofing and foundation work done that took a few months delay.

Had called Guthrie and Sons when we were ready and scheduled within 3 weeks. Amy was super helpful over the phone MULTIPLE of times. Great service!

Second crew that came was Alerik and Mikey. They also, did a fantastic job installing the new duct work and strapping it up really well. My one request was to have them tie the ends of the ductwork since I had to get the furnace deep cleaned before attaching the duct to the furnace/ plenum. They did it with no hesitation. Very, very great understanding crew!

Third, Rob came to deep clean and connect the ductwork to the plenum/furnace. Took his time cleaning and changing the plenum. Very informative about what he did and making sure everything worked before leaving. Helped me about a few tricks about my thermostat.

Super, super satisfied customer. I’m so happy to find this company and forever thankful. I wouldn’t use another company after this!!

Guthrie & Sons had my gas furnace to heat pump conversion completed within 24 hours after contract signing!

When looking for a company to install heating & air, a neighbor recommended Guthrie & Sons. Right from the start I was impressed with the scheduling coordinator who was friendly and very knowledgeable. Steven was honest, offered the right solutions and made the process clear and understandable. When the install team came, they were ultra careful with our home and they did a great job. When there was an issue with our slate roof that precluded them walking on the tiles; the owner of the company came by to find a solution! So impressive and really shows the degree of customer care they provide. We are very happy with the service, the products offered, the quality of the team and the fair pricing.

From start to finsh, this was a great expierence. The team was very professional and customer service driven. I love the fact the company is family owned. From the sales to the install team, this was 5 stars all the way. Not to metion they did the install in under 2 hours. AMAZING.

I had a house fire and was trapped in my living room, surrounded by flames with no way out. I was holding my 3 month old baby, 7 puppies, and a squater that i had no idea was living in my basement previous to this event (really nice guy). All calls to 911 fell short as i have cricket wireless. All hope was lost. We huddled together to accept our fate. I heard a loud boom which i assumed was the roof caving in. No, it was guthrie and sons kicking in the door. They carried us all to safety. I trust these guys in any sort of heat.

I am very happy with Guthrie & Sons. They gave me a fair price and were able to install my new furnace 2 days after I called them. The installers were pleasant and easy to work with. They finished in a timely manner and left the house spotless.
