I have a Whirlpool Washer & Dryer I purchased from Home Depot. This company gave me a window of 3 pm to 6 pm. The service technician finished early. They call my home phone to see if they could come early. NO - I planned for 3pm - 6pm. Then they said they were sorry they would redirect to HD. NOT - that put in the system that they had fixed my appliance and they had not even been to my home. Now, I have to deal with the HD Warranty again to get a different company to show up!

The technician arrived on time and didn't take too long to figure out the problem why my refrigerator is not cooling. The compressor was bad and replaced in no time. I highly recommend this company.
