Outstanding service and knowledge. Although we are in San diego (not very close to his office), Sam came within 1 day of being called to look at our non-working refrigerator. Our washer started spilling out water. Had to look for repair shop nearby. Called so many shops and got vague answers and estimate for troubleshooting only.
