All Bay Insulation & HVAC

I spoke to several insulation contractors in the Bay Area before finding this company. One came out and looked at the job, and then ghosted me. The other scheduled someone to come give us an estimate and the person never showed up or called. The professionalism of All Bay Insulation definitely set them apart right away; they were super helpful and very pleasant to work with. The estimate was quick, they answered all my questions, and they were able to come out a couple days later. They masked everything off completely and had new insulation installed in our attic by lunchtime. Would hire them again (and likely will for future HVAC work, which they also do).

We moved into our house and one of the first few things on our list was to fix the insulation, install updated ducting, asbestos removal and rodent proof our attic + crawl space. We contacted multiple contractors through Yelp. Noam was the first to respond and offered to stop by to take a look at our house.

Noam reached our house for a free inspection well before time, I really appreciated this and speaks volumes about their punctuality. We had a few more contractors stop by and provide their quotes but decided on going ahead with Noam and his crew.

Before Game Day: Noam was available to answer all our questions even over the weekend (and while on his trip). This wasn't our expectation but clearly manifests his customer first approach.

Come Game Day: Noam and his crew reached our home promptly at an agreed upon time. As our house was empty, we had our keys in the lockbox for them to access the house and start their work. All 4 items on our list was fully completed in 2 days. We stopped by our house intermittently to check and Noam took his time explaining everything that was being done.

Post Game Day: Noam & his crew came back for another final inspection to see if everything was working fine and to install rodent traps. They quickly became our team of trusted partners for our new project (our house). Noam also offered to help on things that weren't necessarily a part of his contract - his crew (Jimmy & Bicario) cleaned, installed, sealed and fixed our dryer vent (we supplied the materials, and they didn't charge us for the labor!). They did an outstanding job in ensuring the insulation of heater & furnace pipes were as per PG&E recommendation (when we pointed it as feedback).

We had an issue with the water heater post fumigation and while this was not something Noam's crew worked on - Noam quickly
hopped on a FaceTime call and tried to troubleshoot with us (we ended up fixing our water heater by calling an licensed trade plumber).

As new homeowners, it brings us immense piece of mind knowing someone like Noam is willing to roll up his sleeves and be available for his clients. I really appreciated his customer centric approach to every job they did as well as jobs that were outside of their expertise.

I highly recommend Noam and his crew. Their business is built on Trust, relationships and excellent work ethic!

Each day they gutter cleaned up before they left and made sure to let me know how they were progressing in the work. Since I was interested in learning how each step was done, I watched them throughout each day as they worked. They were impressive in their attention to detail and application of the product.

All Bay Insulation and HVAC did a great job evacuating, sealing and insulating our attic. Noam was very patient and professional, and really stayed committed to doing the job despite me making multiple changes to the project schedule.

We installed new insulation in both attic and crawlspace, new air ducts, vapor barrier from Noam and his team in Sept 2019 before we moved in. They also cleaned up all the old stuffs in both spaces. They are vey diligent and patient to perfectly complete their job.

We have been very happy with their work because our house temperature is pretty stable without too much heating during winter.

I got 3 quotes for my attic cleaning a month ago, All Bay Insulation not only gave me a reasonable quote, also they did a good quality job. They were on time, setup protection and cleanup afterward. Noam is very nice and wearing mask to talk to me. His crew are polite and responsible, they cleaned very difficult to reach areas. Strongly recommend All Bay Insulation!

My house was having issues with the insulation, namely a lack of it due to settling over the years and lack of air sealing from the various recessed and sky lights that the previous owner had installed. I called for a few different quotes and Noam was the most prompt and responsive. He even came on a Sunday at the exact time of the appointment. During the initial estimate, Noam even called out some HVAC issues that I had which no one else mentioned at all. Talk about thorough! He was extremely knowledgeable telling me about the various options that were available (blown in, batt, sealing, radiant barrier, etc.) all while never utilizing any pushy or aggressive sales tactics. The choice was obvious for me in selecting Noam after receiving a few more estimates and dealing with other contractors.

On the actual day of work, Noam and his crew arrived on time and got to work setting up right away. They covered everything in plastic to ensure my house stayed spotless. They were even considerate enough to ask if it was OK to lay out things on my lawn. The crew was fast and efficient and actually finished a few hours before the estimated time. They vacuumed up the entire house and left it spotless. Even my driveway was left in immaculate shape. You couldn't tell they were there.

A great experience with Noam and his crew and would highly recommend All Bay for any work. I'll definitely be reaching out to All Bay again for any future work.

Noam, Ceaser and his team did an excellent job for my HVAC upgrade and attic insulation. I had consultanted with all major HVAC upgrade firms bay area and Chose All Bay for Noam, his responsiveness and knowledge. I could not have been more satisfied with the job done. Highly recommend them.

My dryer's "Check Vent" light went on yesterday evening and I found that no air was coming out of the vent while the dryer was on. I called All Bay Insulation and HVAC the next morning and the nice lady on the phone sent one of her technicians to my house at noon on the same day! Safi and his associate cleaned out the dryer vent and the dryer in under an hour. After the cleaning was done, Safi showed me the airflow out of the vent was very strong. Thank you!
