Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning

Kenny checked out our heating and air conditioning system installed 2 years ago and found that something was out of wire on the heater. It is now running quicker and all is good. He was very respectful to both my husband and I and explained everything he did. You are lucky to have him as an employee

We had issues getting several other service providers out for preventative maintenance on our AC and Furnace, so we called Service Champions. The office is very professional and easy to work with, very responsive, and we have been able to get appointments in very reasonable timeframes.

Our most recent service contact was Greg and he was professional, friendly, and great about answering our questions. We've recommended Service Champions to friends and will continue to do so.

Brent not only did his professional job, but also helped me understand each checking step. He also went to attic checking duct sealing of the reflow when we told him we saw bugs came out of the intake openings. He also suggested few energy saving improvements his company services. I highly recommend using their services.

Chris took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through the process with all the different options available.
We went with the Water Heater Pump unit and are could not be more please with it.

I scheduled an appointment for a specific date, and I blocked out the four hours time when they stated the service technician could arrive. Those who know, it’s not easy when you have errands that you need to run. I kept myself busy with chores until the service tech arrived. When he did, he noticed the condensing unit outside from afar. He didn’t bother to take a closer look to notice that there were two units because we have split HVAC systems (upstairs and downstairs. Then, he tells me that he can’t service the unit because it’s less than a year since they were last there. I asked him why they didn’t tell me that on the phone and set up a later date, and he couldn’t provide an adequate answer. They wasted my time. He started to offer to do the service after he called his manager, but his manager didn’t pick up his phone call! It didn’t seem like he wanted to do the job in the first place. I would’ve given this place a zero rating if I could, but the application forces a minimum of one star. Good luck if you want to take a chance on these guys! I hope it works out better for you than it did for me.

Not only does Service Champions have excellent customer service, their employees are knowledgeable and efficient. From the representative who I spoke with on the phone, to the Sales Department to the installers of our heating system. We are nothing but pleased!

Excellent customer service experience. Received a text appointment reminder the day before service, a phone call when the technician was going to be late, and a text to let me know the technician was on the way. The technician was very professional and courteous. I will be using them again the next time I need hvac service or repair.
