Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air of San Lorenzo

I've been through so many plumbers. Rooter Hero is the first contractor I would use again and recommend. The phone customer service is great. They clearly know what they're doing and are super friendly.
I installed a new fill valve, but couldn't stop the leak from one of the plastic fittings. I tried for 2 days before I gave up. Turns out I stripped the threads, creating a mess! Blake was so nice and never blamed me:) He had to run to the hardware store and get a new, better fill valve. Blake took the time to show me how I could successfully install it in the future. The job took much longer than expected, but Rooter Hero stuck by the quoted price, amazing!

Christopher and Max were great. Used auger and hydro flush to clear our sewer lines and gave estimates for repair and replacement.

After a mid communication about scheduling Aref appeared to service our heat pump. He made it a point to wear shoe covers in the house and did his job professionally and throughly. He also educated us regarding air filters and made an extra trip to the supplier to find the filters we needed. Thanks

Andrew and Sean were great. We needed someone ASAP as we were coincidentally having a new washing machine and refrigerator installed and our kitchen sink backed up the night before. They were there first thing in the morning, got us unclogged and then came back later to do a scope of our lines to see what was really going on. Very helpful

Service Tech Daniel returned, from a couple of days ago, to install a part that was required to fix our heating system. He is friendly and professional and we have heat again! I'm impressed with the company, as well.

Ricardo was very helpful and went to looking into the problem. When I called for to make an appointment they were very prompt securing an appointment for me, and kept me informed when Ricardo would be out.

Richard Rohde provided the necessary expertise to remove a drain cover grouted to floor tiles in an atrium and manually cleaned the drain of tree roots. He was professional and efficient.

was baited with a $77 clean your drain coupon on my newspaper. when they arrived they said it would be 4x that costs to clean my drain because it was difficult to reach. I have a vanilla tub with a basic drain. False advertising to try and get your business in an unethical way.

Chris was on time for our appointment and did a great job explaining everything to me. He knew we we're in a hurry to get the job completed, which is was the very next day. He didn't have anyone else available to help him but still managed to get the job done as promised. Thanks Chris!!
