Heater furnace was not working due to igniter not getting power. After cleaning the control board, turning furnace off and on the igniter fired up. The service person from Pacific Air was very professional. Thanks, Ranjeet

PacificAir installed my replacement AC unit. They kept in contact and were understanding as I worked through an unresponsive HOA permission process. The technicians that handled the actual installation, Miguel and Henry, did an excellent job. The entire process was simple, smooth, and accommodating.

The service today of Mr Brian Yuksel on Monday of March 27, 2023 at 300 Crocker Ave, Daly City was excellent, five star works. I want to have him again anytime in the future and will recommend him to my friends as well as Pacific Air where Brian works. Sam and the Pacific Air Duct team were extremely helpful and professional in scheduling the appointment and performing home air duct inspection and review. Vince is very informative and diligent. He helped me to cleaned this dryer vent which I thought broken before. Turns out there are multiple bird nests and probably six years of lint...🤧 Beside his highly professional service, he explained very clearly what he was doing and why, so there is no surprise charges in the end.
