Prior to the job (removal and replacement of all heating ducts under our house on the upper Westside of Santa Cruz), Charlie was clear, trustworthy, explained everything over the phone, and quoted all costs in writing. The team showed up at the date and time expected, They were friendly, wearing masks and uniforms, and got the job done in under 2 days with no hassles or disruptions, and cleaned up spotless. This is the best run multi generation family run business I have ever experiences. Charlie evaluated the existing heating system and explained what he recommended. He was budget conscious and helped identify the system best for our house. Then came the best part. They were extremely efficient with a difficult installation. They adjusted the duct sizes and dampers to provide uniform heat g and cooling throughout the house. They also installed a super Aprilaire filter that cleans the air in our house like we have never seen. Pet dander, pollen and dust are trapped and we expect much less dusting. The office person Marisa always does her best to fill any last min openings they may get. Charlie & his team are super professional & give honest recommendations when repairing/replacing central air systems or wall heaters. Highly recommend calling them before winter picks up!
