They replaced the whole ac system and ducts. I hate the system every time the fan turns on at night it wakes you up.
The fan is to loud for inside a house.
Don't believe them when they say WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT it's a lie!
Don't use there equipment the fan in the house is louder than the one outside!

Had a water emergency with my main line. The only ones that would help with answers to my questions were Empire. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and arrived as early as possible. He spent a good part of the day working the issue and did not leave until he had done everything possible to solve our leak. Josh was very polite, easy to talk to and above all else professional. I would highly recommend this company any day of the week!

They also offered guidance on a few parts I should get for my toilet to improve its performance, and recommended a specific plunger. Jim the owner quickly respond to my online (Yelp) quote request on Tuesday, December 21, with a clear upfront quote, very competitive price to replace broken water heater and offered same day service. His technician Ignacio did a great job replacing an old leaky GE gas water heater that stopped lighting with a new 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. Now we have hot water again in the house after two days without hot water. Thank you, Jim and Ignacio.

I had the best experience when calling Empire. They sent out two service techs Richard and Brian they were really helpful in making me understand my problem and were happy to answer any questions I had, there services definitely made me feel comfortable and i would highly recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC issues 😁👍🏾

Mr Brad Chase checked my furnace and heating system and explained
all each of my concern
He stated I didn't need furnace cleaned after he showed part how to check whether that need to clean or not and to clean my reusable filter regularly and to leave fan at auto, and how to keep filter in position to seal correctly .

I called for them to come on a Sunday night and Steve came first thing Monday morning. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and didn’t pressure me to do anything more than I needed. We have roots growing through our pipes and he cleared it out with the hydro jet. He warned me about what future problems it might cause me so I can be prepared for a more major fix in the future. Just had to give a shout out to this wonderful company. I've been a customer for years. I can't say enough good things about them. My Air Conditioning service tech Brad Chase was so informative and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. After many years it came time for a new A/C.
