Replaced our AC system recently and service went very well. Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair technician came out to our townhome and carefully determined our equipment needs and desires. Then his crew-mate came out at a later date and meticulously installed our new AC system. They were professional and courteous, which involved laying out tarp for them to walk on so they wouldn't damage our carpet. They even insisted that if the unit was not blowing cold in the summer that they would add more freon. Overall, I've only had satisfactory to excellent service, and very competitive pricing, with Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair.

Technician was very knowledgeable, found no issues with the coils and did not recommend cleaning them as originally planned. Recommended an over the counter fix and did not charge per original quote.
