Jovani was punctual and very competent. The job was more complex than I had thought, but he did everything efficiently and took the time to help with another plumbing problem. The price was reasonable, and the problem was solved in one visit. Same Day Service is a very reliable company with excellent technicians.

Showed up when they were supposed to. Notified me with ample time as to when their arrival will be so I can be home in time for them. Efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue with a clear explanation. Had the parts on the truck for an expedited repair. Corky was very helpful.

Called dispatch the morning of the service, was given a time range for arrival within a couple hours. Daniel called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived on time. He took a look at the issue, asked if I had any other concerns, offered to check the air system. He wrote up the estimate, I agreed and he went to work. He did a very nice job and also left no mess. He took away the broken parts, and even put my hose adapter back on for me. He was kind and helpful. Thank you!!

Same day plumbing.... Not available for 3 days.

Edit--- this review was done for a company called "same day plumbing" . My guess is they changed their name.

Have used Peter Levi and they are very responsive, but also very expensive. Ended up doing a couple of repairs myself after getting their estimates. I'm not a plumber, just did some self education and saved thousands.

From the receptionist that answered the to Bill the actual plumber who showed up the service was outstanding
His knowledge of the problem and how to fix it was exceptional. He was able to offer a couple of different ways to fix the prob. He worked quickly ,safely nefficiently and had a great demeanor with us and barking standard poodles ! He had parts that could solve the problem n was neat n resolved our problem . He had a sm area to work and made it all happen . What an asset to his co.! Great work!

I experienced a sewer clog that shut down my two toilets, a shower and a bath tub on a Sunday afternoon. I called Same Day Service and made an appointment for the following Monday morning. Bill, the Same Day Service representative, called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived in a timely manner. He started to look for the sewer clean-out in the front of the house. In all honesty, I had no idea where this access was located (even after living in the house for more than 24 years), and he searched until he found it under a few inches of dirt just outside the front bedroom. He quickly opened the clean-out and used a tool to flush out the clog. Everything worked immediately afterward, and Bill wrapped up the paperwork and explained what I needed to do to prevent future clogs. He was professional and personable which made the situation so much less alarming. I highly recommend this plumbing service (and Bill in particular) for similar plumbing problems.

I met Jimmy on a call to diagnose the severity of a water main leak and to do a house inspection. He made a great effort to see if the leak could be rapidly repaired by resoldering a connection, and when that didn’t work he provided me with a very reasonable estimate to do a complete repair/replacement of the ball valve, which included considerable pipe cutting and soldering. He also showed me work in the house that should be done, such as replacing old lines and inefficient toilets, and even a broken air conditioner, but was very willing to tell me how to do it myself and exactly what parts I would need. I learned a lot just by talking to him, and he never pressured me to do anything. It was a thoroughly enjoyable visit and I was very appreciative of Jimmy’s professionalism and helpful character.

Martin was here and is a wonderful person he checked all my water lines and the water heater, very knowledgeable about my sewer line, I got great information about future repairs and was quoted a reasonable price

Martin also recommended a government assistance program last time he was here and I took advantage of his knowledge and had major work done on my home.

Jimmy Stewart did a great job with the quote for the shower. When my cat got into the crawl space accidentally he went down again and helped rescue her! Thanks Jimmy for going above and beyond. He even got video of the leak. Excellent customer service.
