My original inquiry was handled in a kind and professional manner. The surveyor arrived to the house and went through the model and price options. Two courteous men arrived to install the Unit. There were no issues throughout the entire procedure. I would certainly would suggest Pro Line Air Inc.

They arrived early for the appointment they scheduled with me and immediately started looking for my issue. The other companies wanted me to spend thousands of dollars to completely replace my system, and initially Johnny, my technician, thought the same until he dug a little deeper and discovered the true issue. He then rushed outside to his truck, grabbed a part, and had my A/C working again in 30 minutes! I paid for the part and was charged for the service call. The reason I'm leaving this review is because I appreciate it when people are sincere in their dealings. If my system ever fails, you can be sure I'll call them again.
