Comfort Now Air, Plumbing, & Heating

This particular call was our A/C quit on Friday evening on a hot 107 degree day. We called the 24/7 number. And of course with the extreme heat they couldn’t get to us until this morning (Sunday). We are SO grateful Spencer Dias was here before 8 am (he called first to make sure that was ok). He was amazing!! Comes in, smile on his face, personable and VERY knowledgeable. We told him what was going on, how our house went from 77 up to 89, of course yesterday was 110 degrees. From just what we told him, he went out and checked the fan unit outside. Diagnosed us and got us fixed and up and running! Once again the inside is now a comfortable 76 degrees. Thank you SO much Spencer, humans and pets are once again happy and cool!!

We called for a seasonal check up and got same day service. Our Tech was Francisco, he was very pleasant and professional. He explained what he was going to do and then followed through and completed the work. In a world where customer service is a dying art form Francisco and Comfort Now really came through!

My ac went out the day before a heatwave and a holiday weekend. I wasn't expecting yall to be here the very next morning, and on time! Edwin was professional from start to finish. He clearly explained the issues and his recommendation without making me feel pressured or talked down to. Everyone in this company is so skilled and polite. Christian was absolutely First Class. He took the proper time to explain everything he was going to do today and was so patient with my crazy French Bulldogs that wanted to play with him. He double and tripled checked all of his work and cleaned up everything his work made and even some of my mess that was already present

Andy P. was prompt and professional with his response to my repair request. Explained every aspect of the repair in full detail. Wore booties on his boots before entering home showcasing above & beyond professionalism. Highly recommend

Jordan Avery was our technician and he was very professional and courteous. He called before he came out, introduced himself when he arrived, respected our home by wearing shoe covers, and instructed me what he would be doing during the service. He explained the parts of our unit and showed me pictures from our unit as well. We have always had great service with Comfort Now. I would highly recommend!

Andy was great. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. Very satisfied with my experience. Not to mention, I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get my AC fixed but they were able to get it all done in one day .

Would definitely recommend this place. Daniel Badgett is friendly, and very knowledgeable. He let me know what he was doing and, why he was going to do it. I have two units. One was not working. He checked my other one and just as a courtesy. Was not pushy and trying to get me to do everything and still gave me all my options. If you need help go with them.
