I was a bit nervous about having hiring a company to come look at our AC. Jeremy Fawkes was the representative that came out to diagnose our problem. He was nice, great customer service and most importantly very clear on what he was doing. He explained the problem and how much it would cost. There was no run a round. He was in time and got the job done in a timely efficient matter. I will be using them more often. Thank you for your help and attention Comfort Now!

UPDATE:
Day 1: Daniel responded to our non working ac and blown breaker
Day 2: John came out and gave us our options
Janet in the office set up all the appts and communicated with us wonderfully.
Daniel has finished all the repairs, cleaning and installed a new breaker. The unit is up and running at a great price. We never felt pressured to buy a new unit even though ours is aged considerably. The humanity this team exhibited was exceptional which exceeds just repair. They are genuinely kind. I have listed their names because they each deserve credit for how they did their job providing us a service.
If you read reviews, I hope you are reading this one. I know I read reviews before I called them. They deserve the 5 stars and more.- D. Oxley 09/2020

I had some new ducts installed along with a second return and intake. Everyone I have dealt with at Comfort Now has been very polite, informative, and knowledgeable. John Power and Jason Hanley were extremely helpful. They both gave me good information about my system and how it works. All of the technicians were considerate of my property and did a thorough clean up when they finished their work. I highly recommend Comfort Now.

Jose is the technician I had originally, and now I ask for him whenever needed.. he is informed, efficient, and professional and helpful in that he takes the time to answer and explain any questions I have. In addition to being all that, he's a really nice guy and I'm not at all uncomfortable with him being inside my home.. I will ask for Jose ever time I need service from Comfort Now, although I expect any of the others would be just as trustworthy and great! 10 stars!

We first discovered Comfort Now when our AC went out in 2014. Dustin was a stand up guy and gained our trust immediately. The install was quit a process, but that team was amazing.
Our unit ran into some issues and we called for maintenance. The person I chatted with online to make the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The tech Daniel that came out was professional and great. He gave us the run down of what needed to happen and delivered the bad news that we would be without air for at minimum a week because the part needed was coming from back East. Was troubling news, but we really don’t have a choice. We have been trying to do our best to manage in triple degree weather and still keep our work schedules.
We called yesterday for an update to see if there might be a better idea of when it will get fixed, were told that they would call us back. No return call came. We stopped into the company’s office this morning and pretty much got the brush off. I regret that we paid for the parts and service up front, seems now they have the money, they aren’t interested in keeping us up to date on progress. If there isn’t any news they can give at this time, then tell us. But leaving us hanging when we need to figure out a plan if we are going to be without air for another weekend or weeks, isn’t very kind.

During a recent heatwave my AC quit working. I phoned several service companies,Comfort Now was the only one to call back. The service tech Daniel Badger phoned and arrived early for the appointment. I was impressed with his professionalism and competence. He was a pleasure to work with. I did have a minor issue with the billing/invoice department. But it was pleasantly resolved with any stress. A first rate company with first rate employees.
