Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

I called them to check out my system because my home warranty was giving me the run around. Derek was fantastic and gave me the details on my current system. Steve was wonderful on giving me the options on a replacement system. Even though I did not end up getting a new system through Lee's (no fault on their end) I have signed up for their maintenance plan so when I do gety replacement system installed I will have the best team at Lee's to make sure it is well maintained. Very pleased with how this has worked out. Thank you Derek and Steve!!!

Had issues with clogged plumbing. Called Lees and they sent someone out promptly. Dazhon was very professional and walked me through the entire process. They were fast and left a great impression. I would definitely call them again if I needed their services.

The technicians are always professional and friendly. Very thoughtful of your home and privacy. Daniel took the time to go over all our numbers for our unit enabling us to rest assured it was working in its best order.

Our technician, Eric, spent yesterday servicing the three homes on our property. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have definitely found that having the yearly servicing contract is well-worth the fee. It’s a real peace of mind knowing that all of our units are professionally maintained and any potential system repair is fixed before it becomes a bigger issue.

I have not had my AC cleaned in 5 years. My neighbor recommended Lee’s. Our service technician did a great job. He was Very thorough and professional. We signed up to be a club member because it was a good value.

I have been using this company for three years now and I am very happy with the service I have received. John Montgomery was the latest technician who performed the yearly service on my aging unit. Not only did he give give me an update on what has been replaced on the unit as of this date, but he didn't try to sell me service not necessary at this time. I will continue to use this company for my servicing needs and when it's time to replace the unit I will call Lee's Air Plumbing and Heating to do the job.

Daniel was on time and worked effectively and efficiently. He let us know what the problem was, the price of it before making any repairs. He was very kind and was able to explain to us in a way that we could understand.

Derek was very courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He had the necessary parts on his truck so the repair was done in a short amount of time. Our A/C is humming. Highly recommend,

The sales person was kind of pushy. He was coming back with prices double a name brand competitor, or at least he said that, however I never saw an actual quote. I still have no idea how much it is from you and its been over a week. The transaction was not easy with 2 separate people coming over at two separate times. The other company did it in one shot.

The whole team from the installers, salesman to management do everything in their power to treat you right. They are not perfect, but they continue to try to make everything right and to your satisfaction. As a customer that's all you can ask for. This was my first time using Lee's and I would recommend them. The installer Nisan needs a raise.... Nisan, I tried! Lol
