Honestly, some of the best costumer service I have ever had with a service company. I can’t speak highly enough of Jeremy walking us through what was going on with our system and how he was planning on fixing it. We will definitely be using Ideal Comfort again in the future.

We called to book an appointment to get our heating/furnace cleaned out.Once my husband explained his issue, the tech, Michael, hung up on him and then refused to answer his calls. If you cant do it, that's fine but don't hang up on potential customers.

The customer service from this company is about as close to perfect as it gets! I used them to install a mini split system on my shed. Their tech, Jeremy, was professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for anything HVAC!!

We called on a Monday and made an appointment for the very next day. Justin was on time, very professional, and he thoroughly explained to us what was wrong with our system. The price was shockingly low. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area!

DO NOT WORK HERE , Unprofessional company with a bias owner and manager , they claim LOYALTY and a company that cares when hired on , but in reality they do several pay cuts after hiring people , they tell them what they want to hear to get em on board , Wont they don't tell you is they don't care if your Loyal enough to stay late , do extra work that's not required, continued work after clocking out , giving other employees rides after or before work UNNAPRECIATED, unloading of trucks when others just leave to go home , NOT IDEAL AT ALL , ,if only you know the corners that are cut and the things actually being done behind the customers back , again BIAS OWNER AND MANAGER, plays favorites to employees, let one employees son call out random weeks at a time, days randomly called off , but for others who had legitimate reasons to call off get reprimanded but not the son or the father , FAKE FAMILY COMPANY, NOTHING BUT MONOPOLY MEN , GREEDY AND TREATS YOU LIKE ANOTHER NUMBER

Truthful, honest and no pressure. Instead alternatives and understandable pricing alternatives. Jeremy M was especially thoughtful and helpful in answering system questions. I will definitely use them again for any HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service Chris came out to inspect my moms furnace. He explained everything he was checking. I feel this is a company you can trust very honest. Furnace is working great and he found no problems.. Thank you Chris!!

Had a new ac unit and tankless water heater installed. Fair price, excellent customer service, and the employees went above and beyond what was required of them. Couldn't be more impressed with every aspect of the experience.
