Edit 2: Oh my lord, going back to 1 star. When they raised my furnace and AC to fix their terrible job, they ripped off my refrigerant suction line insulator and didn’t even bother to replace it. You can see it frosting in the photos and where they ripped it off.
Edit: at first I gave 1 star, now I’m changing it to 4. They called and said they couldn’t make it the day they were scheduled to come out. They came the next day, though. They did the re-install at no charge. Still miffed about the initial bad install and last minute cancellation, but I am glad they owned up to it and did it correctly the second time around. Hopefully my AC no longer freezes over and there’s no lasting damage.
Had them replace my 20 year-old furnace with a new Rheem 2-stage furnace. Turns out they didn’t even wire it to use both stages and they sold me on the fact that raising the furnace would “have better airflow.” Well they made the air return WAY smaller (it’s like 4 times smaller than the filter!!!) than it needs to be. Causes my AC to completely freeze over in under an hour. Didn’t notice this problem until I had a technician from a different company come out. And now because of the restricted air flow and freeze-overs, there are leaks in my ducting caused by the increased air pressure. They tried to suggest “fixes” instead of just owning up to their negligence and offering to re-install everything correctly and repairing the damage. When their technician left my house, they said they would give me a call to schedule something within the week. Didn’t get any call from them. Had to call them myself on Friday and lo-and-behold they couldn’t schedule anything until Tuesday because the supervisor and technician are out of town and won’t be back until Friday. Paid $7,000 for a professionally licensed job. Instead I got some idiots that don’t know HVAC 101.
I’m retired US Air Force and US Space Force and this is how companies take care of Veterans? So frustrating.

I use this company for their electricity service the guy who came out side he had 20 years experience now i have to use my bathroom ceiling fan and light switch to run the other side of my home because of how he rigged it up my electricity was just fine until the other day when my side of town electricity had went out Than I started having problems so i contact this company Got charged $400 for this service even with the guy being unprepared for the job site very unprofessional
Yes i have electricity but can't really say it's all proper professionally & safely hooked up considering to be able to have electricity on the other side of my home I have to run a bathroom ceiling fan Consistently..... that controls the rest of the power on the Opposite side of my home which I did not have to do before the electric went out over a Storm this service was $400 an to get the light fixed covered put back on would cost me $250 hr for 2 guys to come out I will try and upload the pictures on how this guy left My covers off and used Electrical tape to hold the outlet in place & didn't even Try to use screws to hold the outlet in place So i'm not surprised he didn't put the cover on that's that Extra 250hr

Affordable Plumbing has been great to work with. They installed our new water heater the same day we called them out and today they saved us from a backed up drain! They came out within an hour on a Sunday and there were no hidden charges or emergency fees.

I called on this business for a leak I was experiencing. The initial evaluation was tough to pinpoint. The technician contacted the management team to bounce off and assist. Curtis and Matt stopped by the following day identifying the issue. This saved me a leak detect service fee. They were patient with my questions to understand issue. The work for now is about replacing tile and they even provided a couple references. Grateful for integrity of this business to follow through on tough job and provide me direction to work to get resolved.

Kevin arrived the same day I called and I told him what needed repair and replacing. I liked that I didn’t have to make another appointment for the work. It was done the same day to my satisfaction. Kevin and the other plumber were very personable and easy to talk to and they answered all my questions. I plan on calling them again if I need any plumbing to be done.

Starting with Humberto who took my call to Mike S. who came out to give my estimate and options to Andrew and Derrick who did the installation of my brand new furnace. They were all very polite and professional and finished in a timely manner and went over everything with me once they were done. We called for a dripping faucet repair, but it turned out there were other issues that needed to be fixed as well. The guys were professional, and very easy to work with. The price was comparable to what plumbing costs these days. It was nice they were able to get it all done the same day. I'll always hire these guys for my plumbing work.

Used twice.. Super awesome! Super professional! This time, AC went out last night. Called next morning at 6am. Tech was out here by 1030-1100. Quote estimate over the phone was very close to what was expected to pay. Tech explained every detail and added the how to maintain air flow, proper use of my ceiling fans and cooling system and use my thermostat and app on my phone. Very Happy and not having to worry about the summer months coming up and using the AC.
