Affordable Plumbing, Heat and Electrical

Have had nothing but issues with this company from May to now. We have even had an open inspection waiting since they finished the work. Mindy doesn't do her job at all and they keep saying they are trying to contact us and they are NOT. I will never use them again after we get this all wrapped up. They are expensive liars. Our heater stopped working and we needed a $700 part. After my husband took the panel off and fussed with it a bit, it popped right on. They've shown up unannounced to do repairs stating that we scheduled it and no one ever called us back to schedule. Avoid this company

I needed an new thermostat because the one I had was not working properly and was over 20 years old. Sarah, from the company did the work and was very knowledgeable and great to work with. She was one of the employees to install my new heater last October. The employees that answered the phone were very kind, professional, and caring. I will be calling this company in the future for plumbing work.

Service: Preseason check up of my A/C. Easy to schedule for a convenient time. Tech was on time and kept me informed of what he was doing. Above and beyond in being kind to my dog.

Advantage plumbing couldnt clear sewer line, so Affordable said it would probably be the same outcome & provided estimate to dig. Watson-Rooter unclogged and said it was a bundle of roots & opened line in less than an hour. Thanks to Dan's Drains & Digs for excellent referral. No digging into the street just annual sewer line maintenance.

We lost the power to our hot water heater over the weekend, this was the first business I found found on the Internet, called and had appointment for Tuesday. The repair guys came out saw my GFI was bad and replaced the GFI and I also added a new GFI to the garage top notch work, I recommend them to anybody. Bill

I called over 5 different companies trying to schedule an appointment on a Saturday and couldn’t Get any of them to call me back for my (no heat) emergency. I called Afforadable and a friendly representative answered right away and got me on schedule for the next available time slot that suited me. a Knowledgable professional showed up at the beginning of the time window that I chose. He was able to identify the problem and he answered all my questions.

Our technician (Matt) was on time and was extremely pleasant to work with. We spoke with Matt regarding our projects and he provided valuable input for each of our (three) jobs. Two of the three were completed during this visit. The third will wait until we receive quotes on the refinishing of our master shower. After the master shower (remodel) quote is received, we’ll contact Affordable Plumbing to schedule Matt to coordinate the install of the new shower fixtures.
