Click Heating and Air was recommended to us by our realtor and we are so happy and grateful she did. From start to finish, Jim and the team were wonderful to work with. Jim's expertise and knowledge in air conditioning was impressive and helpful as we navigated our options. The team he brought to install our system was polite, and they finished the project even faster than they expected. We had such a great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone we know in the future.

The Click technicians were terrific and completed the AC installation and new furnace upgrade in less than a day’s time. Never had air conditioning in the house but are enjoying the cool air while it’s still very hot outside.

We sought proposals from 9 local service providers. Six responded, including Click.

We needed expertise to help us decide whether to stick with the 80% efficiency of our current system, or to invest in a higher-efficiency, >96% system and figure out a way to accommodate the dedicated vent to the exterior of the home, as is required with high-efficiency units.

The advice we got was all over the map. One said stick with 80%. Another said high-efficiency, but said we'd need to rip out some of our ceiling to clear a path for the venting. Others simply gave us >80% and >96% options without much of a steer at all. Everyone who came to our home to provide an estimate was courteous and professional; it's just that some are better than others at helping clueless customers through a decision tree.

Click took the time to help us weigh the pros and cons, and the variables that go into the decision. Jim also took the time to scope out a non-destructive venting solution.

The Click proposal was very competitive. It was the least-expensive >96% system of all the bids, and even less expensive than about half the >80% systems proposed to us. We got a >96% unit, humidifier, EcoBee thermostat and venting for 82% of the cost of the next-least-expensive high-efficiency proposal. Click's bid was 60% that of the most expensive bid. It wasn't cheap -- no furnace is -- but it was fair.

The office was snappy and responsive; the installation crew was on time and happy to answer my questions. Not knowing what to expect (how often does one buy a new furnace?), I felt like all the steps proceeded the way I expected. No surprises.

Jim was very thorough when going over my options and took the time to answer all my questions. The prices for equipment and services were very reasonable and FAR below other estimates I have received! I wasn’t pressured in any way to upgrade and felt as though Jim was really trying to get me set up with the best option for my budget. Everything was well coordinated on the day of install and Jim and his employees were all very professional and respectful in my home. I am so happy with the service I received and would HIGHLY recommend Click Heating and Air!!

We had a emergency situation with a gas leak.They sent a repair person short time who fixed leak quickly.I would highly recommend this company

He was even willing to help provide me support over email on the weekend before my scheduled appointment. I found him to be a man of genuine character and would trust him with all my servicing needs.

Used for annual furnace cleaning / tune-up. Arrived promptly, competently preformed service, very reasonable price. I will use again and recommend to others! UPDATE. Jim has previously done some small jobs for me, such as furnace cleaning and tune up, etc. Recently I decided to have central air installed at my home. Click installs Trane units, which Consumer Reports rates highest in owner satisfaction and predicted reliability. Jim and his crew were fast to schedule the work, and did outstanding work at extremely good price. Dave was the install technician, easy to talk to and explained everything to me, and my system works very well, passed code inspection first review. Excellent! Highest recommendation!
