The warning code light on my heater indicated a problem with the igniter. Matt came out right on time, diagnosed the problem as a too-short igniter bracket and a needed cleaning. He didn't have the necessary bracket with him, so returned the following week to perform the repair/cleaning. He only charged me for the cleaning! He was prompt, courteous, professional, and honest (did not try to up-sell me unnecessary parts or services). Call these guys for your heater repairs/servicing.

Had a Burning Electric smell overnight, coming from the furnace! Had to cycle it a few times to survive the cold night. After wracking my brain, all Saturday, and trying to figure out if the problem was easy to fix. I called CMSolutions. David and Chance came out almost immediately and found my Furnace blower motor was shot, along with a limit switch and run capacitor. They had to get Johnstone Supply to open, AFTER HOURS, to get my needed parts so we would have heat through the COLDEST night of the year (-8)! By 8pm they had us back in heat!! What a GREAT CREW! Very courteous and thoughtful of our situation, wearing protective equipment and not leaving any mess.
I HIGHLY recommend this company for your HVAC needs!!

This is the SINGLE MOST HONEST business I've ever dealt with. They came out to troubleshoot a leak in my air-conditioning coolant system which no one else could find. Not only did they replace bad valve parts and solder in a new copper pipe, they DIDN"T WANT TO CHARGE ME. I had to force money on them. These guys are the real deal, 100% legit, I can't say enough.

Incredibly detailed and conscientious! Did ductwork, drywall and stucco repair. Quality work done in a timely manner. Even took photos of the way we had arranged our garage so they could put everything back where it was after they drywalled the inside. Highly recommend!

Matt came to fix the AC in Jul, Sep it broke again, Matt came and mentioned it needs a new compressor, I told him it was less than 3 years machine (kind new) and it should have the manufactory warranty. He was kind of surprised and said "I will contact the manufactory and get back to you"....As I believe it is not the compressor, because they fix it before , I believe he may want to get advantage of us and charge for a new compressor....resuming here, this company and Matt is ignoring all my calls since mid of October. And to be honest I do not even know if he took the compressor with him or not....as it is in a commercial building on the 2 floor roof. I will remove this feedback and give a 5 stars when Matt come back and fix this problem. I already open a BBB case, and also I will reach out to the city to check on their AC work license....

David did a great job on a very tough job as the old garbage disposal was rusted and had to be cut out from under the sink. He was professional and timely.

This company far exceeds expectations here in Colorado Springs, where expert service is not common. They get 6 stars out of 5. Chance is a star performer--ask for him. Got our AC unit ready for the heat and quick and inexpensive repairs. You can trust these guys! Dr. Charles Browning

This is the first plumber that has come into my house that I felt that was extremely knowledgeable and affordable. Will definitely call them again for any problems with plumbing in the future.
