The owner came out 20 minutes after calling on a Sunday. He had the better emergency rates and was alot more professional and nice on the phone than the 4 other companies I called. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and recommended a new furnace. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He gave me the best option for the price and space. Next day furnace replacement. They are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Julian did a great job servicing my AC and was on time, which is important to me. He took the time to explain and show me the issues I was having with the unit in the basement and outside. He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I had a gas pipe crack and Julian came out quickly and had the pipes fixed in no time at all. He even contacted the inspector and set up for them to come out and check the work. I've had work done by Julian and team at Hunter Heating and Cooling before so when we decided to make some additional upgrades to our HVAC, it was a no-brainer on who to call. They installed a mini-split in our master bedroom, upgraded our furnace fan and installed a steam whole house humidifier. Work was great, always very high quality and attention to detail. They are always responsive and get back to you quickly on requests and they are also very fast at turning around work for you once it has been purchased. I've had some doozy experiences with other contractors in the Springs, but Hunter Heating and Cooling is NOT one of them - very trustworthy, which these days is really hard to come by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jillian was my service technician And he was very prompt, very personable, super informative, he let me know ahead of time about their rates so no surprises there. He was extremely patient with my 3 year old asking a bunch of questions from the other room too. I will definitely be continuing business with them
