They installed a new water heater replaced one that was quite old and out of code they did all required changes to bring everything up to date. They were very courteous knowledgeable and efficient and left the water heater area as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived I’m very satisfied with their work. As far as value and price? I’m an old guy what do I know about value and price lol it was pricey in my eyes but it had to be done and what the techs did actually improved more than just the water heater so I’m very happy with the job.

They did a great job and the technician Q was very knowledgeable and made the experience entertaining! The only reason my rating isn't a 5 is because 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, I received a call stating that the appointment was going to be cancelled and the next time they could come would be in 3 weeks. I am guessing that this part of their operation is outsourced to a scheduling call center because once I was in contact with the operators, I was back on the days schedule and they were going to make sure I had a great experience. I will use the company again but hope that I don't get in the scheduling dilemma I had on this previous experience.

In my short time with One Source, I have had pretty good experiences with this company overall. There was only one time recently I had an issue that was a bit frustrating. I had to reschedule several times due to no shows or no appt recorded but was eventually contacted by a manager who kept me updated and made sure the appointment was made and kept. As well as the following appointment to do some work needed. I have an inspector coming in to check the compresser installation in a couple of weeks, and then everything should be resolved.

The operators are all very nice and pleasant to speak with. The technicians previously installed my water heater and were highly professional, kind, and quick on those appointments. My issue was resolved pretty quickly, and everything needed to be done has been done. Thank you, One Source.

I bought a system 3 years ago and they were great. Coral did amazing but now they are terrible. I was give a maintenance program to keep the system running but it’s used as a sales pitch even if the system is fine. The goal of maintenance is to keep it clean to keep going not sell something. The last couple appointments were completely missed so poor communication, but hey it’s free so I let you come in again. Here’s the problem. Your sales rep was very loose on their morals. He came in just for a routine inspection. Please note that everything is working fine with the system. He went over all the things that could happen as a doomsday sales pitch and gave me this high quote. When we finally broke it all down he said that there might be a problem with the internal switch I said I’m not going to fix it if it’s not broke. He said smugly “well good luck with that”. And then the next day after he leaves, it’s
short-circuiting cutting on and off and this never happened before. So I went to YouTube checked out the system found out how to find out ignition switch how to unscrew it take it out and clean it off. It was extremely loose. I have no doubt in my mind that he did this on purpose. I fixed it. It is now January you guys came out in October and there’s absolutely no problems with it. Don’t use this company

My house decided to just give up on a Saturday and Sunday (water heater and heating system back to back), and One source was there within hours to fix everything. They are timely, kind, and honest. We specifically had the pleasure of working with Nathan, and we are so grateful that our home fell into his handy hands. Thank you so much Nathan! We look forward to having our go-to company for house work regarding plumbing and electrical.

Nathan was amazing. Very respectful, honest and polite. What I thought was a coolant issue turned out to be a complete system replacement.
One Source worked with us and gave options for repair vs replacement.

Update: It has now been almost a year and the project is still not done. First series of inspections all failed. I am lucky if they contact me every month and a half to set up an appointment that may or may not even happen. The last plumbing tech that came out already knowing what needed to be fixed according to the inspection didn't even do anything but take pictures and look around and said I don't have all of the materials with me needed and we will have to reschedule to come back out. I have yet to hear anything on that even. Also all of this work has been done without a single permit being posted. This company also goes by the name of Air Pros. Their response of not finding my file to this review is bogus.

I hired these guys for a big project on my house. They were to install a new ac unit, new water heater, new heater, new plumbing pipes and upgrade the electrical box to handle all of the new equipment. Everything except for the electrical was done with about 2 to 3 weeks. The electrician started the job and never came back. Leaving trash in my yard and patio as well as disconnecting my garage electrical and leaving exposed wires hanging from my garage as well as the electrical panel out onto my patio. It has been over 3 and a half months and I still have no AC because it hasn't been wired in I still cannot use my garage because it was disconnected and I can't use my patio because of exposed wires. Everytime I call I get the run around and they never come and finish the job. I would not at this time recommend them for any project. Maybe my opinion might change once the work is completed who knows but this has been a very hot and unhealthy 3 months for my family for maybe half a day's work that they just won't come and do but are more than happy to charge me for.

It was unfortunate that I had to get a new furnace, and AC, but also had to get my house repiped. One of the only main reasons, I went with this company is because of a technician named Andres. He was empathetic and understanding, so it made my decision easier. I would definitely recommend this company! Thanks Andres.
