One Source Home service is not a good company and not worth the time and money. We payed extra for the membership for free maintenance services and they always have an excuse to reschedule at the last minute and book your for 2-3 weeks later. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Bobby and this company is a lifesaver!! My AC wasn’t starting up and it was extremely hot in my home. I called this company and they were able to come out same day during their busy season. And the HVAC Tech (Bobby) was one of the friendliest tech I’ve ever met. He explained everything he was doing so I wasn’t left blindsided and even took pictures to show what I couldn’t normally see. He fixed my AC and had an electrician come out 2 days later to fix the electrical issues. The Electrician (Jordan) was just as proficient and friendly which makes me believe this company takes pride in ensuring their customers are treated well. Also the pricing was extremely fair! I will definitely be using this company again!

We have had several things worked on by this company. Our first guy Austin? He figured out things were not working right.. got it fixed very friendly and explained as he went. We had Journey and Cesar who did our duct work, very efficient and professional also extremely like able and friendly. We also had Rourke for our plumbing, very nice. Thank you guys for being such a great place and having an amazing team.

Had an appointment today for a window of 10-12. When 12 pm came and went, I called for the status. The woman who took my call said they came at 9:57, knocked, no one was home, so they left. I was home. I work from home, and I have a schedule too. I had my schedule blocked from 10-12 and waited diligently during that time, having no idea that they came 3 minutes early and left. No call, no text, no message even telling me I missed them. They couldn't even wait 3 more minutes to try knock again within the scheduled appointment time. She offered to have them come back out. I asked if they could at least call or text ahead, and she said no. She was very disinterested and uncaring; she simply wanted to know my answer, which was also no. I took my business elsewhere: Priority Plumbing and Heating has already come, solved my problem, and left for a nominal fee, and they now have a loyal customer.

Nathan crushed it! Gave excellent service, on time, and was willing to go above and beyond with find the right A/C system for me. 10/10 recommend to a friend!
Update: Alex and Ryan came out next day to install the new central A/C in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and completed the install fast. Awesome company and awesome employees!

Andrés was out to perform my semi-annual A/C system maintenance. He has become my regular service tech and, as always, he was professional and patient; explaining every step of the process. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provides. He is one of the reasons I remain a loyal customer of One Source.

No point in scheduling an appointment with this company. They do not honor their commitment. Our family had an appointment today we had scheduled a few weeks ago for our ac unit. Got a call just before our scheduled appointment time that they wouldn't be able to make it today and they could be out at the end of next month. What is the point of actually making an appointment in the first place? Horrible service.

Nate came by and did fantastic work. Very professional and personable. Having just bought a new furnace and A/C just a few years ago, it’s very important to me that the system is cared for correctly. Nate made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what any and all options I had for me system.

I had new floors put in and it required disconnecting a toilet, sink and washing machine. I was told in advance a plumber would have to reinstall the toilet and sink and I have (now had) a membership with One Source so I booked an appointment. The original appointment was canceled due to challenges during flooring (not related to the work, just the house) and called again when I had a good idea of completion. The next appointment was delayed due to One Source not having personnel to handle the work and I agreed (reluctantly) to a new appointment the following week. That appointment was today. They called around noon to ask if they could show up early and then showed up within the appointment window (not early). Looked at the work to be done and quoted me $1100. Note, I'm not asking for a new toilet, sink or washer, just a rehookup of the existing equipment. Never again will I use them!

They put in a new furnace and air conditioner in my home as well as new electrical. The workers, especially the electrical installer, were great. Their managers and supervisors leave a lot to be desired.
