I purchased a brand new furnace and AC unit in December 2022. It was the greatest service back when they were SOCO Heating. My AC went out, I had a technician over last week who told me they will order a piece and get it the next day... I've had no response from the office, every time I call the office, the ladies there can't care less. They told me not to call them, and that they will call me once they can come back and fix it. They have not. I have two minors at home, and with this high temperatures our area is experiencing, I expected a little response, an ETA, a status update or some sort of communication from the office. But I have not hear back from them. I am so disappointed. I paid close to $13k, bought the cozy club membership and all they offer for NOTHING. *FIND YOURSELF A BETTER COMPANY* And wish me good luck with this new management.

Our service agent Jacob came out to help with an issue we were experiencing with our humidifier. Jacob was professional and patient and was able to fix the issue quickly. We also had to opportunity to speak with the manager Mike who showed a lot of integrity and honesty. We are appreciative that they were able to come out and fix/help with our concern. We will continue to recommend this company, and are very satisfied with the work done.

Those techs who did talk were friendly and good-mannered, but that’s where the positive of my experience stops. We have to monitor our tires because they dropped an entire box of screws and drill bits on our driveway and didn’t pick it up. I drove over them twice going to work before the sun came up not knowing they were there. They left my basement in a mess - screws, shavings, metal pieces, etc all over. It’s my kid's play area, so that’s a huge hazard. They also exited my home while my basement windows wells were open, which I didn’t realize until the inside temp just wouldn’t get warm. They destroyed an outside water spout, and left behind cut drainage plastic piping outside in the snow. They also made it extremely difficult to change my filter. They fabricated a new “door" that doesn’t hinge open like my old door, but welded on a sharp-edged metal piece that slides up - the only problem besides a threat to cut your hand is all the piping and other metal above it stopping it from even working. I had to literally bend and tear it off to access my filter. If all that wasn’t enough, the outside frame of my unit was bashed in a corner.

Jacob was nice and polite. He was able to figure out the problem and will fix it. He was very professional when I became frustrated. He was able to keep his cool. Took the time to look at vent flow and gave me estimate. The company honored my warranty on my product. Thank you so much for being so nice and understanding with this situation.

Patrick was totally amazing. He got the job done and took the extra care needed to make sure it was perfect. It's hard to get this level of professionalism in this town so I will definitely be requesting him again. He cleaned all of my ducts and showed us before and after pictures. He also installed a new vent for my dryer and I was so pleased with the results. He was thoughtful in his installation too, making it easier for me to navigate my crawlspace. A+ all the way around. Got a new furnace as my old was was over 20 years old and struggled during the article blasts. They arrived on time and finished the work in just 3 hours. Furnace was a little bigger but is also more efficient. Took less than half the time to get up to temp from previous furnace. I'm pretty happy so far.

He did an excellent job with finding all the issues with my a/c and was very thorough in explaining what the problems were and what was needed to be done. He helped me to help with financing for the repair. He also addressed other potential issues and provided me with tips on properly caring for my a/c and furnace. Overall I was very impressed with everything and that he took time to point out other potential issues. He was very professional and I was happy he used foot covering when inside my home. Overall I was very happy with everything. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Kody was extremely professional and personable. He was very transparent in terms of the process, timelines, cost, and expectations. He offered a more expensive option for my house, but didn't push it, and respected my decision for the lower cost one. 5/5 stars

Anthony definitely is a professional, and very respectful. He installed the unit in a timely manner, and went over everything once completed. I have full confidence in my system, and know how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, thanks to his expertise. 5/5 stars

We installed what I would consider to be a very complex mini split system. Four devices to manage temperature and air conditioning. The installers are professional and friendly. They basically lived in our house which is small for a day and a half and they were amazing. Josh and Tom seem to be the two lead fellows, and they were very diligent, and very much aware of what they need or even though this was a system they’re not necessarily installed before Julian and Darren did the work on the compressor and other outside issues including the covering over the lines. Perfectly well done job I would recommend these guys in this organization, and anybody who wants to do a mini split system even what I consider again a very complex one fredstultz

I was extremely pleased with Christian, who was my technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. At anytime in the future that I might need repairs on my heating system I would definitely call Peak Home Performance and request that Christian be my technician.
