Christian was excellent. He was educational by speaking on what he was looking for during his tune-up and pointing out some possible areas of concern and the options available to fix them. There were no sales tactics or exaggerated issues. Simply pointed out the good and bad and provided no pressure quotes to fix if desired. He was nice, professional and respectful of our home.

These employees were clean-cut, well-mannered, professional and knowledgeable. Jacob made an accurate diagnosis and explained everything to us. The Peak price was better than 2 other companies we had come out. Peak also offers a loyalty program that gives you a discount - and they come to check on you every year. Before arrival, they txt a picture of their employee with an expected time of arrival! All-out 100% experience.

The Peak Home Performance technician, Alejandro Paz, showed up on time and prepared to fix our A/C. He fixed it quickly, and explained every step of the process. He demonstrated a professional work ethic, and was friendly and polite.

Also he gave me a lot of useful information about how we might in the future change over to a heat pump system if our old A/C or furnace fails. We are very happy with his work.

I've had Peak install a new a/c unit and repair my old furnace. Each job has been done well, the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Cristian, in particular, has been out to help me with issues a couple of times. He's always been on time or early, very informative and helpful in diagnosing and fixing the issues.

Kelly scheduled my appointment within a 2 hour window and Jacob arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window. Jacob did an incredible job of quickly isolating my AC problem and analyzing the repair. He offered several repair options from the most comprehensive to the most simple. I fealt that Jacob was knowledgeable as we discussed my AC, but he was not at all condescending. I will request Jacob by name for future HVAC requirements.

Very unfortunate situation with Peak Home Performance and their acquisition of SOCO Heating and Cooling. Peak Home Performance bought out another company and refuses to finish an install, pull permits, and do drywall repair.

You had an opportunity to win over new customers by handling this acquisition with integrity. I called last week and was informed that you planned to handle these issues and see the project through. I was very surprised a few days later to get a call rescinding that offer.

You have left many homeowners high and dry!

Jacob was extremely professional and friendly. This company and this man’s service spectacular. Highly recommend. He went out of his way to help me understand the problem, action needed, and get it fixed ASAP. Plus he worked with HQ to get me the documents I needed for home inspection immediately rather than waiting. Truly 5-Star Service you don’t find anymore nowadays.
