Do NOT use these contractors . they're soil as plumbers may be adequate to competant but business practices are below par at best !
I called to repair leaking outdoor hose spigot . Jason showed up to inspect job and NEVER gave an estimate or gave approximate cost of repair BEFORE starting repair. .. Just continued to repair the spigot and later called me with a service bill if $435 . !! I paid sight unseen Trusting the job was done . I would NEVER have approved that repair at such a inflated cost.
Follow up phone call to the contractor with visual evidence of a leak after attaching my hose to same outdoor spigot . Asked contractor to come out inspect his work . He actually charged me $85 for the inspection , Really?
He claims there was no leak except from my hose which was in tact BEFORE he arrived and disconnected . These are NOT trustworthy contractors .. it's not the long term customer satisfaction they long for but the short term sale service visit.. SAD!

Our property management company contracts with these folks, and it's easy to see why! Aaron and his team work very quickly and skillfully, they're great communicators, and they get the job done. They've been out to our rental house twice now, and both times they were ahead of schedule.

The one piece of critical feedback I'd leave for this shop is that they should consider masking up when visiting homes during the remainder of the pandemic. That minor quibble aside, these are great, friendly people providing exceptional service.

EDIT: The next time these folks showed up, they masked up! It’s a little thing, and the pandemic seems to be nearly over, but we noticed and appreciated it. What a great company!

Jason was phenomenal! Came within 30 minutes of our 2 hour window, saw our disposal was busted, and got us a new one installed in less than 10 minutes!! Fantastic company

I contacted Aaron and without missing a beat he was able to have his team replace my broken faucet the following day. They arrived early, worked quickly with no wasted movement and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend these guys here. This is the 2nd time they've taken care of my house repairs and it won't be the last. Thanks again Aaron and Jason, we appreciate you.

Pikes Peak mechanical is by far the best service that my roommates and I have used. Aaron, the owner of the company, is very kind and professional. This company repaired our AC on two occasions and were quick, efficient, and most importantly on time. I cannot rant and rave about this company enough, 6/5 stars if a could. I will only be recommending this company to my friends and family.

Aaron, Jason, and the rest of the crew at Pikes Peak Mechanical are wonderful! I have worked with them for over a year now and have not been disappointed. Their positive attitude and high work ethic have made them my main contact for any work needed. I would recommend Aaron and his crew for anything you need done.

Very happy customers! Jason replaced a sensor on our water heater instead of us having to replace the whole system right now. He explained the issue and told us what to look out for if the water heater fails. Honest and responsive. We'll definitely be calling Pikes Peak Mechanical for any future issues.

I just moved into a new place, for me, but the home is definitely a "fixer upper". The lower level is being renovated and whomever that is doing the maintenance work apparently felt I wasn't going to need a working furnace or heat during some of the coldest days this past week. The owner of Pikes Peak Mechanical, Aaron Morton, was at my house immediately after the issue was addressed to my landlord. I had already start work (my job is a home based gig) and he was able to resolve the issue promptly, was respectful and worked diligently during my work shift and caused no interruptions or anything of the sort, so that I was able to concentrate and do my thing. Thank you for the updated thermostat also! So much better than the janky wind-up dial that was hanging off the wall.

Aaron from Pikes Peak Mechanical came to my house for a preventative maintenance. He was extremely quick and efficient. He had great manners and was very respectful.

Many times we lived out of the country and had property emergencies back in Colorado. Aaron could be trusted to deal with our tenants directly, which made our life A LOT easier. Very fair prices.
