Absolutely Amazing!! They came on Monday morning and gave me a quote, then came back Wednesday morning and installed everything, super attentive and answered every questions I had. They also installed my new thermostat and showed me how to use it all. They were super kind and respectful, punctual and informative. I’m very pleased with my experience with this company!! I had Falling Star install central air conditioning at my house about 2 months ago. Josh and Brad are top notch professionals and did a great job at a great price. They are honest, on time, and followed through on everything they promised. Did I mention the great price? I had bids from other contractors that were as much as DOUBLE Falling Star's price for comparable equipment.

I recently had to call them for service on a Sunday morning and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Thankfully the problem turned out to be minor and totally unrelated to their work.

It's not easy to find a reputable company that stands behind their work. I hired Falling Star Heating and Cooling to troubleshoot problems with the thermostat and the furnace. The crew came on time, were quick, professional, and took care of the faulty thermostat. They had all tools, and materials for the work. Highly recommend!
