Our HVAC install presented many challenges for Scott. We went on vacation and interrupted his process and the basement flooded while he was working. When our basement flooded, he stopped his install and helped us deal with the flooding. Even with all that he maintained his high quality standards and gave us more than we had agreed on (both parts and labor) and never suggested a change in the agreed upon price.
He evaluated the house thoroughly, designed our system accordingly and reduced our flow restriction in the ductwork with a lot of labor and extra parts resulting in a superior, more efficient system with lower operating cost. I'm convinced that the other 3 contractors I interviewed would not have had the expertise or put in the days of work that a superior overall system requires.
Scott went above and beyond - it seems to be his nature. I have found very few craftsmen like Scott.

Scott recommended a heating and A/C system that solved the problems of some rooms being too cold and others too warm. Now there is even temperature and the more efficient system uses a lot less energy every month. Very happy with system and service. Thanks, Scott!

Overall, Scott diagnosed my issues, addressed them with solutions and also went the extra mile by providing helpful tips that made me feel a level of confidence regarding my equipment that I didn’t have prior to working with him. The same day I called for support, he visited my home and solved my issues, that is white glove service. I highly suggest his services from the first phone call through the job completion, he was effective and efficient.

First cold snap of the season the heater wasn't coming on like it should. Would come on just fine, then not light the next time. Intermittent problem, the worst. Of course it won't happen when someone else is here. Called on a Saturday evening to leave a message for Monday morning call back, and Scott answered and offered to come out at 8pm, we thanked him but declined, but took him up on his offer for Sunday. He showed up diagnosed the problem in 15 min. Needs special part (system 20yrs old) he fashioned a temporary fix, and ordered the part. Could take weeks to arrive. 2 weeks and fix is still working on this 7° morning. Thanks Scott!

Scott installed my whole house A/C system 10 years ago. I have him do all maintenance as well. He is more thoughtful and reasonable than the bigger companies. He also did the engineering so my system ended up working better than my neighbors who used the builder. I'm very happy with his work though some times he's not easy to get an appointment. If there is an emergency he will fix it as quick as possible. If it's more related to maintenance, you may need to be patient but his attention to detail and reasonable pricing are worth it.

Scott was professional, reasonably priced, friendly, helpful, responsive, and effective. We called him with an issue really late on a Friday night and he came the next afternoon and resolved the issue without a big bill. He’s thorough, skilled, kind, and we love that he’s local. My furnace stopped working and Scott gave me a second opinion after another HVAC company recommended that we replace the entire system. Scott performed a full diagnostic, determined the issue, and suggested a relatively minor repair. After the repair, the furnace is now working like new and Scott saved us a ton of money!

Called Saturday afternoon when my furnace stopped working. It's very cold out, and the temperature inside was dropping steadily. He came out the same day, and ended up working late to get everything taken care of. I'm very grateful to have heat tonight.
