Let me start by saying Victor Gallegos came to give us an estimate on our condo for new air conditioning and furnace. He was very very professional and knew what he was talking about, he also didn’t pressure us into anything or try to up sell any products.

Michael Ibarra is a tradesman I highly recommend you ask for when it comes to installation. Him and his helper (no name listed but a guy with a lot of tattoos) absolutely killed it and had 0 intent on any corner cutting and made it very clear on what he was doing and why. They worked very hard to get my furnace and AC installed and up and running. *ASK FOR HIM TO DO YOUR WORK*

Joseph Rodriguez did all the electrical work in order to get everything finished up and also went out of his way to get two of my kitchen outlets working again when they stopped working a few months ago. He said it was an easy fix but I’m still very grateful.

As for somewhere in management, we were given a two day window to have everything installed and completed. They gave the boys other work instead of having us somewhere up on a priority list, putting our job up to 4 days. The 4th just to essentially plug it in and get it running. We had to deter our vacation plans on the 3rd day just for them to say “they’re understaffed” which resulted in us cancelling plans for no reason. And nobody ended up showing up to get our unit running. Which is why I can only give Heart a 4 star rating, but that’s a management issue not a worker issue.

Jamie’s work exceeded exceptional service! His attentiveness to details mixed with his perseverance & determination sets him and HEART above other companies.

The company was quick with scheduling and accommodating to the customer. Although they had to reschedule the appointment, they ensured I was taken care of. They also negotiated the price which I respect greatly, that they were wiling to work with me, you don't get that often. This company truly cares about their customers they are not in it just for the money. Every employee I talked to ensured that I knew all the details and that I was taken care of.
Tyler came out and took care of my service, he explained every detail that was wrong and a plan of action. I will be a continuing customer with them as long as I have a home in Colorado.

Zach , Antonio and derrelle installed a furnace for me on a Sunday, they spent the whole day in my crawlspace doing the install. These guys were one of the most courteous and professional group I've ever had do work for me. I found this company on nextdoor and I'm glad I did, I will definitely call them for any of the services they offer. They were very respectful of my home and my time, Zach was very thorough and I felt very confident that the job was done right.

Anthony had such a remarkable professional work ethic. He showed up in good spirits and ready to work. I really appreciate how he took the time to explain what the issue was. He also physically show me exactly what was needed to get my system working efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone anytime. We have heat now😃👍!!!

Preston Peterson did an outstanding job. He caught a leaky faucet valve while doing a routine inspection. Black mould was found behind the wall. I would have never known! He came back the day I called and fixed the pipe work. Thanks again. Would highly recommend Preston and this business.

I’ve dealt with this company for a couple years now. They are great at calling you for more business and as soon as they are scheduled or tell you something, they can’t hold that end of the bargain up.

Had multiple issues at this point.

Have asked over 7 times for the right department to call me after a huge purchase and nothing. But they’ll call you 7 times to get solar installed.

Took a day off work to have my appointment canceled mid day after scheduled in the morning.

Waited 3 weeks for a specialist and was told not his speciality and they’d send someone else and still waiting for that call.
More issues, but I’ll be air to list them.

Overall, the only way to have them care is if you write a bad review. Hence why they have such good reviews. If you know how many times I’ve had to write a review to then be told an apology and still no change.

Great Service!!! Jamie came today to do a check on our furnace and provided us some much needed info on our humidifier also. Polite, professional, and efficient.

Heart Heating installed our system in 2021 and we get services done twice a year, once for the furnace and once for the central air system. Scheduling, Technicians, and Service are all exceptional.

Thanks for Jamie being able to come on a Saturday, sure helps when you have a full weekly schedule.

Louis was very helpful. We had our water shut off valve repaired. He did a great job explaining the problem and was able to fix it quickly. We were able to get back to our normal activities within an hour.
