Jared is intelligent and knows exactly what he is doing. He also explained very clearly all the parts of the Furnance for me as I am not educated in this area. He took the time to make sure I understood the needs of my furnace. He is very kind and came over ASAP when my heater wouldn’t turn on. I recommend him and his company any time!!

Did what he said he would do. Arrived on time every time, wore shoe booties while inside without being asked. Perfect clean up. Very knowledgeable and professional. A major installation that was seamless. Top notch product (Trane) at a fair/good price. Have more to do and will use Cobb again.

They were a great team to come in and replace the original HVAC systems. Always gave me advance notice of their schedule, and plans. On-time, responsive, and left the work space cleaner than it was to begin with. Installation done in one day! I couldn't have had a better experience.

I had written a 3 star review a long time ago, but I’m updating it to a 2 star, beings I think it’s poor sportsmanship to be rude to anyone, even if they leave you less than 5 stars, as a business owner. He should be taking them as constructive criticism, and leave it at that. But instead he’s being unprofessional, with no acceptance, and has not responded to a single negative review positively. THAT is NOT professional, and shows poor quality of character. I bet I’m going to get some sort of nasty, degrading, rude response back. Too bad I couldn’t take it to the bets department!
