Milo (Me-low) is an absolutely fantastic sales rep to work with. We had a not so awesome experience at a different Conn's, but he definitely re-established my faith. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our visit went very smoothly and my husband and I are walking out happy customers.

I was always a little skeptical regarding Conn’s, mainly due to the constant mailers received but after actually making a purchase there I can honestly say this place was amazing with very “no pressure” staff. My wife and I found exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price and spent more time looking than we did processing the financing. We will definitely do business with them again.

The store manager is very nice and knowledgeable, however the employees? I've been in there 3 times since Thanksgiving making sure what I picked out was definitely going to work in my space, double checking pricing etc. On my last trip in, they went to pull my Info up, they told me my application and offer expired? Meaning I'd have to go through the process again. No one ever told me there's an expiration date, when I ask questions I get looks like I have 2 heads, there's a clear lack of understanding the process, the products, and frankly their jobs. I'm only paid once a month, so dropping cash on a giant purchase on the spot isn't always convenient, being told of expiration dates to offers, and having knowledge about what you're selling, the process from start to finish etc is helpful....having employees that seem to actually know what they are doing will also help the confidence of the buyer.

Not sure I'm going to do business here after this experience!

Zak Kamber, sales associate at the Sheridan store was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, and worked hard to get me the best deal for my budget. Got what I wanted for the price that worked for me.
