Had an emergency with our water heater not working (Business location) and not having hot water for customers and employees is not an ideal situation when it’s below freezing outside. Contacted Kristin and Brian (Both owners) and Brian was here within a couple of hours and had us up and running. We were expecting to replace our water heater, and would have spent the money, but the honesty with this company is unbelievable, he found wiring issues, fixed everything and we were up and running in under an hour. An amazing company, honest and ethical. A must use company!! Thank you Technic Air!!

I had my furnace inspected/serviced by another company and was quoted $1500 in major repairs and told it would be best to buy a new unit. I contacted Technic Air Mechanical to get an estimate on a furnace. Brian took a look at my furnace and showed me exactly what the problem was - really just needed to be vacuumed/cleaned out and now runs much better. Instead of trying to make a sale by telling me to replace my unit like 3 other companies did prior, he said it would likely last 2 more years and I could wait if I wanted. It was clear Brian has a great deal of experience. With the other companies that came by, I questioned if they saw me as an easy opportunity for a sale because I’m a young female that doesn’t know much about furnaces. Brian educated me on what the problem was and my options as if I was a family friend he was giving advice to. I rarely leave reviews but I don’t want other people to get taken advantage of by other companies out there because TAM knows their stuff, are honest and offer fair pricing. They will be getting my business in the future!

When our furnace of almost 20 years went out, I was referred to Technic Air Mechanical. Brian and his team are the most professional heating company we've ever worked with. We are very happy with the product, the customer service and the installation. I recommend them highly!

Brian is amazing. I originally met Brian when he installed a steam humidified in my house a few months ago. He did a great job and it works really well in the dry CO climate. Definitely recommended. More recently I had a problem with my AC. I'm somewhat handy and Brian was super helpful at giving me some tips over the phone that enabled me to fix my problem myself. Can't say enough about these guys. They've certainly earned my business going forward.

The "above and beyond" culture is alive and well at Technic Air! We were having trouble with our furnace and decided to call for a cleaning, Brian and his guys came around and diagnosed the issue correctly and quickly. Unfortunately for us, our furnace had done its dash and we needed a new one (OUCH). Brian was very compassionate to our unfortunate and costly situation and helped us get a furnace replacement the SAME day for the right price. These guys are real PRO'S and super nice, call them first before any other HVAC company.

Brian and his guys are great! They're knowledgable, prompt, quick, and they have very good communication. Oh, their prices are reasonable too.
