Dominick is always been super responsive and the service guys are professional and courteous.

My service tech, Omar, was amazing. He informed me every step of the way and made sure I was 100% operational before leaving. He didn’t leave a trace of his being here-thoroughly cleaned up. I was a Dominick customer for years but HOP is awesome!!! Thank you

I have used Dominick for a long time. I have had 4 heating companies since buying this house 30 years ago. They have been the best so far. Very responsive, and most of the time their techs are top notch. I think maybe once I had a problem it took a few tries to solve, but they stick with it and get it done. I recommend them without reservation.

Jim and Steve were great! Having Jim come out was like getting a private tutor for a course on how to maintain our new home. Steve did the heating maintenance professionally and was exceptionally thorough and neat. I am extremely happy with Dominick Fuel so far and highly recommend them. I just moved from Westchester where I was with my previous heating company for 22 years so my expectations were high and they were more than met.

As always, Dominick is quick to respond and flawless in their execution. We have had the privilege of working with Ted and Dominick for over 26 years now, in two homes, and would never think of changing. Ted has been our savior on more than one occasion. Even the dog looks forward to his visits! The entire team is excellent and the office staff is friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

their customer service has been great.
I had schedule a service call and Jose the service technician was courteous and professional, he took is time and did a thorough job on my boiler.
over all, i'm very satisfied with their service!!!
