Absolutely awesome service -- had a furnace act up on me 1) on a Sunday 2) on Thanksgiving weekend 3) two hours before company coming over 4) blizzard on the way. Junior and Ramon worked together, kept me in the loop (great communication) and Ramon fixed the issue quickly. He also educated me on how to avoid it in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN!!!

The technician was very informative and thorough. He explained everything in detail. And he was friendly.

On a Wednesday our furnace at our place of business stopped working. Southern Connecticut Gas diagnosed a crack in the heat exchange and said to call an HVAC person immediately as the unit would most likely need to be replaced. Because we are experiencing record low temperatures it did not take long for the office to register 55 degrees and everybody took the next day off. We called a few places that we used in the past but they either didn't call back or told us the soonest they could come out would be a week to 10 days. Doing a Google search I found R and R Heating and Cooling. They had great reviews and were located close by. Let me tell you, they earned those excellent reviews. Ramon Sr. and Ramon Jr. and crew were professional, knowledgable, very polite, timely and left the work area spotless. We called them late on Wednesday, they confirmed the furnace needed to be replaced on Thursday, wrote up a quote on Friday (another day off for staff) and had a new furnace installed by 1:00pm Saturday. This was done despite supply chain shortages and frigid temperatures causing HVAC businesses to be swamped with service calls. Our staff will be so happy to return to the office Monday (LOL) and to R and R thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can now relax and watch football knowing all is well. You guys are the best!!

Removed an old furnace and installed a heat pump, new dampers and thermostats. They were professional, did exceptional work and in a timely manner. We had a few follow up issues separate from their work and they quickly came over to help us resolve them. Would highly recommend.

Ramon and his son have been servicing my home for many years now. They have never failed me, no matter the time or what they are doing if you need them they will be there. Especially when they know their's young children in the home. If we can give you guys 10 stars, we absolutely positively would. Thank you once again for your service.

These R&R guys really earned my trust. Last repair guy from a different repair company spent 8 hours and said the problem meant we’d need to replace the whole boiler! These guys came in for a second look and in 2.5 hrs they redid the other guy’s work, fixed the problem, and said no new boiler, your all set. Wow! Frankly, I think they undercharged me but they’ve certainly got my loyalty now. Very capable and very trustworthy. I look forward to seeing them every year for maintenance.

R&R Heating and Cooling did not disappoint. The problem with my central a/c unit was diagnosed quickly and they took care of re-ordering a new unit for me as I was told that mine was still under warranty (I had no idea). This took a huge burden off of my shoulders. Wonderful customer service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend R&R Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

After a very broad research, R&R Heating and Cooling gave the best price and advice for my heating needs. The installation was on time and very fast, honestly they did a great job and looks great, clean and neat. Very recommended.
