I had the team at Service stars install a new central air system in our home this year. We could not be happier with their level service, quality of installation and most important dedication to a good customer experience. Starting with the initial consultation, and time to study our home and explore the best and most efficient options, to prompt scheduling, to the start and completion of the install within the time frame estimated, every step of the way was well communicated. The crew (Jeremy, Brad, Kelvin & Justin - I am probably missing one of the crew) deserve some praise. Considering we were completely starting from scratch with duct work install, we expected a bit of a mess but they kept the job super clean. They protected everything, cleaned up daily and overall left us very little to worry about.

I have to add to my original review, service door in general and every single individual including Eric who was here today, go above and beyond they do their best you're diligent polite professional I am so impressed. I will never use anyone else and just referred my neighbors. Without hesitation they do the job right and if it's continues to have an issue they returned and make it right.The BEST. I was very pleased with this company. I had to renovate the space entirely (beauty salon) and only had a slight vision of what it should look like. The owner Jeremy came to look at the job and gave suggestions that I agreed with and it turned out beautiful. Everything went smooth- from consultation, booking an appointment with receptionist to the guys coming out and doing the job in one day. 2 electricians and a plumber were very knowledgeable and experienced. Cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you Service Stars 🌟

Very professional, respectful & courteous. Arrived on time, explained process, changed filter and adjusted heating system to specifications. Service Star is a great service provider for heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electric needs. Would highly recommend this Company for all HVAC services.
