I am very happy with the service SM Mechanical Services provided. They removed my fuel-oil fired boiler and reserve water tank, and installed a new high-efficiency combi natural gas boiler. It was not an easy job as I live in a small house without a hatchway to the basement, so the oil boiler and reserve water tank had to be removed through the central staircase and out of the house. The two service men (both named Angel) worked VERY hard during those hot days and never seemed to take a break. The old system was out and the new system installed in just two days, without interruption to my water supply. Sal came out after the job was completed to inspect the job and talked me through the system and how to maintain it. I would happily recommend SM Mechanical Services.

I contacted Sal to have baseboard heating install in my 4 seasons room. He was very professional and gave me a fair price. I had many questions and he always answered the phone and called be back quickly when I left a voicemail. On the day of install his guys treated my home with respect and put down tarp on my basement carpet to ensure they aren’t walking on it with their shoes. I’ve had contractors in and out this month and they were the first ones to do this and it was such a nice touch and shows how much they care about their customers. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future for anyone other HVAC concerns.

The pipe in my radiator burst leaving us with no heat on a Saturday morning. I called and early in the afternoon the plumber arrived and within a few hours we had heat. The prices were reasonable and I was kept informed of prices and the work being performed. He was very nice and courteous. I will definitely call again with any future plumbing issues!

SM mechanical was the third and final group to fix what was wrong with my heat, after multiple companies coming out to try and fix it. They were professional, knowledgeable, easy to get in contact with, affordable and provided immediate service despite the holiday weekend. I highly recommend their services.

I live in cromwell CT and I used SM Mechanical to clean my air duct. The service was absolutely fantastic. The guy who did the work was great. He communicated what he was going to do and took pictures of before and after to show me the difference. I would use them again.

Alex and Angel took great care to explain a complex A/C install which required and combination ductless and ducted system. The work was completed on time, the crew worked cleanly and were very professional. I would highly recommend SM Mechanical.
